Wow guys, you made a huge OP for this.

I am expecting them to casually talk about a few games going on PS/Switch and how they are going to clean their barbecue to be ready for spring.

I'm here just for laughs and memes. Gonna be a busy day laughing every funny post, keep me entertaimented fellas. Love yah all

I think this is all going to end up in the 'storm in a teacup' category. The opinions and posts I've seen since this news landed have been pretty embarrassing.

I hope folks enjoy the show whatever your stance 😘

I hope you guys have clean cutlery set up, because there's going to be a lot of crow to eat soon

Doubt it. That would mean Phil Spencer is going to come out be explicitly direct about what their plans are and are not. I don't see that happening.

Think the handheld will release this year? I think it's DOA anyway, but even more so if it comes out months or a year after Switch 2
Once Xbox starts publishing games on Playstation and Nintendo, any piece of hardware they release is pretty much DOA.

They'll probably be happy with ~20M sales and brag about how they're the only cross-platform publisher with a dedicated fanbase (whoever is left over).

How will Gamepass survive with low hardware sales?

There is still a small chance the Rock shows up to this podcast and introduces the adorably $1500 Surface-team Xbox/Windows Box with new controller with gyro. I'd buy that shit instantly.

lots of gamer nerds in their element here, very embarrassing

imagine being this excited to see a video gaming company fail, that you never even bought into, because it was potentially an existential threat to your identity as a gamer

It never was an existential threat, that's what lots of people have been saying for years.

People are having fun seeing rabid xbox fanboys having meltdowns because they were in complete denial.

I think it's funny when Microsoft, a trillion dollar corporation, fail. Especially after spending tens of billions on publishers.

I say that as a Xbox owner as well.
