Are those chairs branded specifically for Wilds or MH in general? Cause wow if that's a confirmation of Fatalis being in the game.
I liked Fatalis in Iceborne HUGE improvement over old world Fatalis but if they gonna bring final boss elder Dragon I rather they do....Are those chairs branded specifically for Wilds or MH in general? Cause wow if that's a confirmation of Fatalis being in the game.
HBG most likely. Not a fan of focus mode on melee weapons. What is everyone planning to use as their weapons?
I played the beta 40 hours and still don't know. Having a heavy bowgun in the kit was pretty interesting, being able to use the special ammo to just tenderize a monster's face every couple of mins between attacking with something else more technical.Very nice OT!
I'm getting it on PS5 to play with some friends.

I'm leaning towards Hammer/Gunlance.
Hey, btw... it's crossplay. You can play on whatever and still team up with your friends.Very nice OT!

Yeah, I know, but we chat in PSN parties and it just makes it easier overall. Plus I pay for PS+ anyway.Hey, btw... it's crossplay. You can play on whatever and still team up with your friends.

Man, Glavenous was so fun to fight in World with a Hammer.![]()
My second weapon either Hammer or Bow.
I don't read guides and stuff, or really watch people play, just figure stuff out on my own... Anyway I was never into LS, but played it probably 100 hrs between world and rise, never realized it was a counter-based weapon. Lol. I learned that on some random ass video I watched the other day while being hyped for Wilds.![]()

LS really become counter weapon with Iceborne update and LOVED it......I'm huge fan of parry its one of the reason why I like Sekiro so much.I don't read guides and stuff, or really watch people play, just figure stuff out on my own... Mind was truly blown. I felt so stupid. I felt... shame. I always thought LS just existed for randoms to annoy and stagger S&S players lol.
I'm pretty sure I've seen the Fata and Los chair when World came out. Only Arkveld is new. They are for Wilds
Very nice OT!

It's super easy to get into! Also always wanted to get into hammer.
i took off 9 days of vacation for this launch (including a few days prior, so i'd be sure to have all my necessary adulting done) but now i have a bunch of interviews scheduled for launch week. and some require travel. i thought it'd be weeks before getting callbacks... life is sometimes quite the prankster. adult in me should be thrilled, been working toward this for years. degenerate gamer in me is annoyed as fuck, been waiting for new mainline monster hunter even longer. sigh.I just got a new job and start in a few days, right before MH Wilds launch. I was enjoying being unemployed and actually being able to complete games for once. God, why hath you forsaken me so?
I just don't want any gimmick fights. Rise had these serpents and I fucking hated themOne thing I hope they do is to NEVER EVER make siege quest like Safi'jiiva and Kulve Taroth (high rank version).
I HATED those quest with passion, they are so unfun and the way you get their weapons through RNG was pure garbage.
Alatreon and Fatalis were 100 times more difficult but they MUCH more fun compare to those two.
If the "gimmicks" are fun like Alatreon element DPS check then I have no issue with that.I just don't want any gimmick fights. Rise had these serpents and I fucking hated them
Alatreon is fun. I guess we have different definitions of gimmick hahaIf the "gimmicks" are fun like Alatreon element DPS check then I have no issue with that.
But Safi'jiiva's energy drain mechanic was pure garbage, it was grindy in a most unfun way.
I highly enjoyed World/Iceborne but I HATED the fact how much they shoved MP in your face, you can have a fun and challenging quests like Raging Brachydios and Fatalis that can be fun for both solo players and those who play multiplayer.

I don’t know, Behemonth was by far my favorite hunt in the game.
I also liked how older Mh games actually were multiplayer focused. Since World it’s been much easier to just solo everything since they made the incredibly stupid decision to have combine village and guild quests. It used to be better to go multiplayer and play with people, now you’re just better off soloing everything.
So I particularly liked all the hints like Kulve and Safi and Behemoth were the focus was back on hunting with a group.
I'm solo player I want to solo everything I hate quests locked behind multiplayer, so to me I'm glad recent MH games solo player friendly.I don’t know, Behemonth was by far my favorite hunt in the game.

I fought Narwa I didn't mind the fight especially compare to borefest Zorah Magdaros in World.Alatreon is fun. I guess we have different definitions of gimmick haha
I'm talking about this trash:

Thunder Serpent Narwa
Thunder Serpent Narwa is a female Elder Dragon first introduced in Monster Hunter Rise. Narwa is the female of an Elder Dragon species that consists of itself and Wind Serpent Ibushi. Similar to Amatsu, this species has a long and leviathan-like body with short and stubby hind legs and a long...monsterhunter.fandom.com

I personally enjoyed Alatreon.Alatreon was a retarded dps race; the exact opposite of fun, might be my most hated hunt of all time.
