Would someone mind resizing this to avatar-size for me? No matter how I fiddle with it, it always seems to lose the transparency when I upload it.

I don't even know if its possible because I've been at this for hours with my limited knowledge of well...editing. I really wanted my character from XIV as my picture but I cant seem to crop this image and fit it into the avatar requirements so now I think its time to leave this in your hands now. I honestly give up at this point.

I kinda made the ideal version before but as I said it doesn't seem to sit right with the avatar requirements and so its unusable but I just linked it here so you have an idea of what I want.
