An easy way to tell if someone is blindly defending a person or not, is to ask them to name 5 criticisms about that person and their decisions.

If they can name 5 great things, they should also be able to name 5 bad things. If they can't even do that, then there you go 🤷‍♂️
 
Switch 2 isn't only produced in China. It seems obvious the China-made ones aren't being shipped to the US. Or am I missing something?
 
Imho nothing will happen and this is a nothing burger. Switch 2 will go on sale just fine at regular price and Nintendo will get the money. Just like every other tariff thing that I said would be a nothingburger has turned out to be correct. Diamond hands folks. Stop quivering. Don't be a defeatist doomer. Accept the things you cannot change and don't let fear keep you from getting an accurate read of the room.

Don't really give a shit. The entire gaming industry could collapse for all I care if it meant that China would stop ripping off the rest of the world and treating their own citizens like slaves.

There is so much more at stake than a million people getting to play Mario Kart on time for the price they are willing to pay.
 
So, when China sends goods to Vietnam and marks them made in Vietnam to avoid taxes. That's cool with Americans? Sounds like cheating to me. Many examples like this. Gotta fix it. As the Ninja from MGS says "hurt me more" lol
 
Ehhh..... Thinking of buying a pro and waiting 30 days for the policies to change a dozen new times. Return unopened, repeat as necessary. I don't even want one but might be a good buy to handle the heavy games a few years into ps6. We do alright atm but could end up on the other side of the comfortable living line depending on how things go. I'd do the same with a gpu instead, but the situation there is ridiculous. I was considering fucking around breaking up a bundle so I could pay only $150 over msrp for one.... yeah no. Rather pay $100 more than it should be for a pro and get a whole fresh machine with no miles on it.

That's why most people voted them in and that's why I have approve of what he's doing as well

This country is obese and overweight and one of the guys that's trying to trim all that and get us into shape to live a longer life is the one people are easy to criticize. You want to live a longer life or not?

Been talking about tariffs my entire life. Nafta was a huge deal.

100% unnecessary trade war that is going to set prices higher for our hobby. This administration is shoving money to their cronies and fucking the rest of us.

Isn't that exactly the problem? That many countries have high tariffs on the Americans and this is them trying to reset the playfield? And let's not get started with how the Chinese do business. I'm a European btw.
