Nintendo’s president says ‘no change’ to Switch 2 announce plan

Lmao, love it. Please Nintendo, keep making teases every week but show nothing until there. I can't get enough of meltdowns today!

It’s just an obvious/common sense statement. And I honestly couldn’t care less what you personally like or don’t like. I’m not here to please you. Agree, disagree, agree to disagree, that’s up to you. Otherwise, I’d just advise move along
Says he doesn't care, then responds a second time to show that he really cares :messenger_tears_of_joy::messenger_tears_of_joy::messenger_tears_of_joy:
Literal quote from Nintendo President Furukawa, directly refuting your argument:

"President Furukawa said about the details of the Nintendo Switch successor, "There is no change in the plan to announce it during the fiscal year ending March 2025. I can't say anything more than that." Regarding potential hesitation to purchase the current model due to the announcement of a successor, he added, "I can't say it doesn't exist at all, but the Switch is already in its eighth year since launch. I don't think the presence or absence of a successor will have much impact on customers who are purchasing it at this timing."
Nice appeal to authority fallacy..... You said:
No one buying a Switch 7-8 years in is a consumer who is going to have buyer’s remorse.
That statement implies that of the millions of people buying the switch in the next little bit, not one of them would feel buyers remorse if a new switch was announced shortly after they purchased theirs. If you cannot see how ridiculous that assertion is, then I don't know what to say to you. Furthermore with a claim so ridiculous, the onus is on you to prove the statement. It's unproveable btw and appealing to an authority is going to bail you out. Unlike you, the authority figure in question qualifies his statement which allows for the possibility that he could be wrong. Your assertion is just unproveable and more than likely false.
