You never know so man Sony fans hyped Lair that I think it will actually sell well despite the average reviews.

Yeah. Another big month for Nintendo. Wii still outsells DS. Xbox 360 sales are up. PS3 still trailing behind by a wide margin -- about the same as last month. BioShock sales double those of Prime 3 (it released a week earlier, but still...)

Warhawk was released on the 28.
The only big game PS3 had in August was Madden and it was widely publicized as the inferior version.
