I’ve always been able to log in and play single player games and see friends online, just can’t use the Portal or play any games online. Still down for me, just tried Rivals and getting code 4 error and Portal won’t connect.

Odd. I've been playing several online games over the past month and as soon as I play with PC crossplay on I start running into literal hacks. Then when I turn it off that suddenly goes away.theres enough cheaters on the PSN aswell
Don't act like even if there were cheaters and hackers on PSN (which I have never seen anyone actually using hacks in any online game using PSN only) is remotely close to the amount on PC.
There's always people who downplay this and it's pathetic.

There is no way to go online with unsigned code on PS5 or PS4, so there is no software related hacking that's rampant on PC gaming.theres enough cheaters on the PSN aswell

License validation should last for 24h at least, not 15 min. I game share with my younger brother and I buy most if not all games on my account. That means that when PSN goes down I get locked out of all my games after 15 min. It's about time people speak up about this.

The disc drive “authenticating” has always been so bizarre to me. I locked myself into digital with the pro because I don’t want to spend all day fighting scalpers to get one, but it’s insane how Sony sells a product to play physical media that requires an online connection to set it up.

Not even close ? the chances of you getting a PS cheating on Black ops 6 ( when you disable the cross play ) is almost non existance. Even in Warzone.
I am facing cheaters every 2 to 3 games on PC. its fucking stupid.
I am only speaking about Black Ops 6. not sure about other games. and this is from someone who didnt pay sony for online play since mid 2016 when I quite PS online for PC online.

The best part of this its for players like me, who doesnt play online on PS5 (I play online on PC and Switch), but want to play some GT7, but cant aceess on the load progress i have, because the fucking game needs mandatory conection, even for the fucking solo modes. Thanks Sony.
