I don’t know the language, but looks like the exact message I’m getting in English. When trying to change the settings is says the network is under maintenance…same thing with trying to restore licenses, even though my licenses have always been good. Crazy being locked out of even your single player digital games. They are going to need to compensate for this one. Outages are one thing, but when it locks people out of literally ALL of their digital content, it’s a problem.

Mana, while I'm not saying that this whole thing doesn't suck (it does) but the example above would be equal to someone getting a brand new car and cursing the heavens due to not being able to fill it up on a specific day due to the gas stations being on strike/being closed etc - out of ALL the 365 days in a year, trying to pair a device that requires online connectivity when the servers are down...yeah.
Also : what about if there's a brownout ? Is X company still to blame cause you need electricity as to power on your devices ?

Online connectivity is a fickly thing - just like electricity, water supply, gas supply etc, if one of them is missing/goes down nowadays you're basically back to the dark ages, unfortunately, it is what it is mate.

Now, back to Sony :
The real problem with this company is the complete lack of transparency, it happened back in the PS3 days with the 20something days PSN outage, same thing happened a few months back, it happened with the PS portal and the 59.96Hz stutter where people were wondering wtf was up with it and whether it would have been fixed at all (it did) and so on so forth...
It fookin' sucks and they're one of the worst companies out there when it comes to this type of shit...
