I'm trying not to become the conspiracy nut in my friend group, but I recently watched BobbyBroccoli's multi-part documentary on the Superconducting Supercollider, and like... something was going on there, right? Something more than mismanagement across three or four administrations? I'm not saying it was aliens- I haven't been part of the forum long enough to stake myself out as the crazy alien girl yet- but!

I dunno, any of y'all seen this? It's like the most interesting thing in the world to me right now.

Ignore slots? You mean for people or for threads? No limit as I know.
If you're talking about the text under the photos, usually those are given by a mod for various reasons.

I am at episode 7 "Linda" in Fargo. So far, 1/10 for season 5.

Previous seasons are amazing. I can't count how many times I've watched the first season. S5 is a pure disaster. I even have this theory that the screenplay was written by AI.

It's going to take me days to finish episode 7. I usually watch for like 10 minutes and then quit. It's that cringy.

The 'people' who live above me are really starting to annoy me with all the noise they make. The woman in particular is just a fat mess of a chav. Didn't get to sleep until 3 am last night.

Had some neighbours who were constantly partying all night and into the morning. I'm talking like 5-6AM. It was fucking awful. I kept banging at their door telling them to turn it down.

I make a load of noise too. I love my music. Shit...I had an acoustic drum kit and used to play my electric guitar. I don't mind people having a good time and making noise but limit it! This was pretty much every day from evening to morning.

i moved the reload icon on my browser from the left side to the right side and it's fucking with me. i thought it would be easier and i know i need to adjust but fuck sake man. why is it so difficult? i'll move it right back to the left i fucking swear.

the reason i moved it was because the reload is on the right side on my macbook but on my pc it's on the left.

Last evening I send a voicemessage to a friend believing my Headphones were on. 8+ minutes.

So I was walking through my place doing stuff to occupy myself while talking. Turns out my HP were off so she couldn't here anything.

Ok so I don't know which state I was in while waking up; me thinks it was during the transition between light dream state and waking up when I heard/read her saying/typing akin to "Pitty I couldn't listen to your message last night" ...

I picked up an imaginary phone, did the upwards record voice swipe and tried to say sorry bla bla before I realized... Well 1+1=3 at that moment.

Then I took a medium sticky poop which wouldn't flush. Also forgot to turn on the Coffee machine because why not


Want to hit the gym soon but I'm tempted to do deadlifts but still recovering from Tuesday and had a awesome BJJ pad work into over under/bodylock session yesterday morning. Learned two new submission; leglock and triangle choke.

I asked when he was explaining the triangle leg choke to go as far as possible.

Still feel my adamsapple.

After every weekly session I leave high as a kite

My Sony WH-XB910N has been repaired, replaced the Assy. Under guarantee so very happy with that. Can use it for gym/etc and keep my new one just for use in-house.

Oh in regards to the gym. Maybe wiser to do a cardio session/stretching and lift tomorrow. We'll see.

When is it appropriate to refer to a deceased person as “the late”. Seems like it’s only ever used to refer to someone who died in modern times. It would seem really odd for me to say something like “The late Socrates” or “The late Julius Caesar”.

If I remember correctly it's commonly known one sleeps better in a room with a lower temp.

I'll have surgery tomorrow, they're gonna be removing some screws from my spine, which they've put in after an accident. Sucks all around. Probably gonna need to stay for a night or two.

I'll definitely bring some weed, because I'll have trouble sleeping otherwise (it's legal here and I have a prescription, so no big deal) and I'm thinking about bringing my Quest 3s. I know this will look ridiculous as fuck but what do I care.

Honestly I'm kinda worried about how the whole thing will turn out so maybe it's good that I can keep myself occuppied with this silly nonsense instead :3
