PC emulation is far superior as it allows 60fps.

Nop, on pc in xenia has graphics glitches and crashes, maybe in a future. Also you need a very beefy pc for 4k/60.

Xbox has already has it via BC. This is just porting the PS3 version to PS4 (dunno what release the Switch version will be based on). So... you already have it, you're not missing anything.
