RoboCop Rogue City is worth the sale price this weekend | $8.99 on PSN, $8.49 on Fanatical (Steam Key)

Still really enjoying it. I don't mind a little jankiness here and there if it has thus much care poured into the source material and is a solid game overall.

I'd give this an 8/10. I hope they get a chance to do some more IPs.

Anyone have a PS5 Pro and have tried it on there to see how it performs? I don't know that it ever got a patch for it, but curious if the extra power benefits in any way.

Was gonna get it on Xbox for 20 but didn't and grabbed it yesterday for 9 on PS5. Friends that played it loved it and I do like the RoboCop movies. Big win.

I finished the game, and while I appreciate the developers' efforts, it didn't quite resonate with me. I found it somewhat shallow and repetitive, and the low-budget limitations were noticeable. Visually, it's pretty good for what it is.

The bad thing about such aggressive offers is that one is suspicious that it will be released soon on PSN+. It has already happened to me in other occasions, they make you have the temptation to buy it and then a few days later they put it on their paid service, it is a bit disrespectful to play with their customer by Sony, they are getting me not to buy any game that is not essential.

Surely the most reasonable thing to do is to unsubscribe from these subscription services and buy what you want to play or have a good offer.

Speaking of this dev, does anyone like their Terminator game? I kept hearing it was a cult AA classic, my fav genre, but to me it kinda matches the bad reviews. How long do you have to play until you’re not just shooting bullet sponge spider robots and walking around colorless rubble?

Does it get better? I bought it after loving Robocop.
Did the same exact thing. I think Robocop was just a significant step-up from them in game design.

In a few months it's even cheaper. I'll wait till it's 15 euro. I do that with all games. Much cheaper and the game is in a better state when you wait.

It's literally 9 Euro right now.
And it's an AA game that came out over a year ago, I doubt it's getting any major updates at this point

I bought this at full price on XSX when it launched and didn't regret it at all. Lots of fun, lots of good throwbacks, and they really understood what makes the Robocop IP 'click'. Unfortunately I found it to be only good for a single playthrough so I probably won't pick it up since I already thoroughly beat it but if you've been on the fence, I have to agree with others, $9 is an absolute steal, especially if you like Robocop.

I bought it yesterday and play the first few missions and I like it but I don’t love it at least not yet.

There’s something about the aiming that feels weird and I feel like I can’t nail it down.

Definitely has some Hank to it but as a long time Stalker fan I like Hank.

I'm a big fan of the first film. I stopped playing the game early on after one of the awful crime solving missions. I appreciate and respect the devs' vision and love letter, but as a game it just turned me off quickly. I'd have preferred nothing but shooting missions. I am always in the minority in topics about the game so please be nice. Thank you.

I beat this game. I thought it was decent, a little janky at times, and a little too long. It was one of those games where I thought "this is the end" and then it wasn't and then kept on going and going. It's fun, just a little repetitive after a while.

Yep, I kind of liked Terminator but it didn’t really hit me despite me being a huge fan of the first two movies.

Robocop on the other hand raised the bar, IMO, and was a perfect companion if you like the only two Robocop movies in existence!

Terminator is still worth getting if it’s fairly cheap just to mess around for a few hours, IMO.
