Tomb Raider PC has more crashes than Quick Time Events, even with the latest drivers (Nvidia). Do I have to use 314.22 specifically to get Tomb Raider to run optimally cos right now I'm on 320.18 and while the game crashes less frequently, it still crashes. Usually get to a cutscene, my monitor goes black, audio starts to loop, audio completely stops, my monitor powers down, tower resets, monitor does not power back on and I have to force a restart to regain functionality. I have exclusive fullscreen checked off. That's not the problem.
I've got a Geforce GTX480, i7 Quad Core 2.8GHz with 6GB of RAM and I'm running the game at 1920x1200. I'm not running anything fancy setting-wise, everything's at the defaulted normal settings. No tesselation or anything. Right now I'm using the Nvidia GeForce Experience app that was installed with the latest driver update, apparently I can tune and optomise the driver settings with this application on a game-by-game basis. Gonna give that a shot before I start lowering the settings next.
Edit: Looks like the GeForce Experience does nothing useful, it just automatically detects the maximum settings you can run the game at and sets them.
