Imagine if, at the beginning of the game, the Alien walks in front of a mirror and a screen opens up that lets you choose between Alien body type 1 and Alien body type 2. Alien 1 is the classic sleek aliens xenomorph with the shiny enlongated head, the slender wasteline, and the sleek latex-esque shine. But hold on now, Alien 2 is just an absolute unit. I mean, this guy is a Daddy alien, and by that I mean he's hung like just PDiddy is going to be the first time the cameras shut down in his cell block for scheduled maintenance. I know which Alien I'm picking, and its the guy with the dick. Why would any one expect anything different in the entertainment industry. The turnover is HUGE. Who in their right mind would think developers are keeping a level designer or an artist around for a decade and those folks are going to be in the same position?

The first game came out in 2014...find a B - AAA studio that still has people in the same positions doing the same work after an actual decade. Management level people sure, but actual engineers, artists, designers, etc. those folks are moving on to:
A) Other contract work.
B) Leadership or higher paying positions at other companies.
C) Entirely new industries.

The original game director is there (he announced the sequel), so under his command, I have faith that they will be able to make a similar enough game.
