It's 4Chan, it could be full of shit.

Then again, plenty of things have come out of it that are right. So it could be true.

That said, there could be an inking of truth in there. A friend of mine who was made redundant at Sony London (who often complained about how PC it was there and very 'woke') applied at CA and was told by a few friends in the industry that the studio had changed a lot and gave off very PC tones.

I'm going to reserve judgement until we see something from the game in the next 18 months. But looking at this quote, if this is true, I can just see a bunch of toxic politically correct yes men figuring out how they can add as much diversity as possible.

The sad thing is that it's most likely BS, But it's believable BS.

There is a huge difference between a woke character and Ripley.
Ripley is not the strongest, nor the best warrior. But she is the intelligent, smart and wise. She can kick ass, but she also has a strong maternal instinct.
The other characters, regardless of being male or female, are, for the most part, brave and competent.

If Aliens were made today, Ripley would be the strongest and would not learn or hear from anyone.
She would know better than anyone, and have the emotional depth of a puddle.
The only intelligent and brave characters would be LGBTQ+.
All male, white, straight characters would be portrayed as morons.

Pretty Much. Remember hicks in Aliens he actually was a smart character that taut Ripley techniques that saved her life. Cause men and women working together is a far better theme than woke.
