I have a wife that has needs, it's not possible to go more than a couple of days.
I really don't think doing a sexy sex is the target of No Nut November, just cranking it while being two short of a threesome.

Didn't this evolve out of the incel or porn-addict corner?

Not quite sure since this is a Gen Z thing. From that I'm guessing it's because you have that age group that had easy access to porn growing up and would just GOON all day. Which birthed No Nut November.

absolutely not, it's a millenial thing and was meant to be a joke.
Elder Millenial here :messenger_tears_of_joy: , never even heard of No Nut November till a couple of years ago. Looks like it was first posted about in 2011 but didn't gain popularity for quite a few years later. Most likely became bigger with younger millennials and older Gen Z.

My memory of the history is it started as a spoof on Sober October.

nuttin much
Bro, I have no idea why people faint on gooning.

It's much better than nutting solo, plus you get real gains in testosterone boost. 💪

Nutting solo, though... 😆

Good luck with that. I guess you've sealed your fate if you have normalized nutting solo.

"High ejaculation frequency was linked to a decreased risk. Compared to men who reported 4–7 ejaculations per month across their lifetimes, men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month enjoyed a 31% lower risk of prostate cancer. And the results held up to rigorous statistical evaluation even after other lifestyle factors and the frequency of PSA testing were taken into account."

Ejaculation frequency and prostate cancer

Make sure you're thinking about your prostate health,
