First one that came to mind was Ellie, so that's what I'll go with. I think she's much more prominent than Aloy even if game sales for each franchise might be similar. Especially with the success of the show.

We will see Aloy's popularity in the Horizon movie box office. Sony is in for a surprise. Horizon sells because it has dinobots.

About the names, not quite. Ellie is a biblic name (light) and Abby is Abigail, another name with religious meaning. They were chosen because of that.

The character Aloy is a blatant rip-off of Ayla from The Clan of the Cave Bear.
