Project Spark is I believe.
I think Last update was on December patch Tuesday. I am guessing next update will be on or after January 14th if they follow the pattern.

Just buy the game on sale at Amazon, you can still install and play it without a disc just like a digitally downloaded game.

Just finished Lococycle. Wow... that musical score! The end was pretty damn hilarious too. The gameplay was pretty boring, though.

Yep I tried all of those things, none worked. I did the thing with MS support where they send one out first and then I send mine back so I'll have a replacement in 3-5 days (in a box they send with the replacement with postage paid). Not badHad to give a CC# in case I didnt send the other one back - the price for a new kinect = $150 (if that wasn't known)
Took the wind out of my sails a bit but I obviously can still play games and 3-5 days isn't bad at all. Still enjoying the system.
Yeah, that is a bummer. At least you can play all your games, still.
BTW I think something weird is going on with your achievements. It's showing you have none on Smartglass. I just see some Forza uploads and that's all.

I agree. The overall game has had a lot of time and love put into it. The Secrets and Unlocks section, they put a lot of effort into it. Everything except the gameplay lol
its got some decent difficulty to it. mastering each characters unique abilities is fun. buying packs of new items and seeing what you get is cool as well (im mostly hunting down different clothing sets). rivals mode (like forza) should keep you chasing leaderboards for as long as you want/can handle.
its a fun game. shame about demos, but id recommend it 100 percent if that means anything

The racing/dodging sections had poor controls, the fighting portions were button mash sections, the shooting sections were just controlled with a cursor, and the QTE were just... QTEs. This game has no reason to exist. LOL

Oh for real? That game is worth picking up just to play all the wild stuff the community is going to make. Saw someone make a shooter on a classic Halo map and that like sold me instantly lol.

My xbox one isn't recognizing my kinect. I tried a bunch of different things people have suggest around the net.
Total fucking bummer
That sucks Mort. Crazy a replacement is $150 out of warranty. WiiU gamepad is same if I recall. I had to get one from Nintendo.
My buddy bought XBO at launch and just plugged Kinect in yesterday for the first time. He described a similar experience I had him pull the power cord and cold boot and it worked. Your experience makes me wonder now.

My xbox has been weird since I opened it. Last night I bit into a piece of raw broccoli, it was the only sound in the room, and kinect opening the settings.

That's good news, I'm really enjoying the Xbox One more than I expected (Mainly a PC/PS4 guy) and that's really the only complaint I have about the system right now.
Got a Xbone because I had to send my PS4 in for repairs for something to pass the time, really ended up enjoying it.
I'm borrowing it until the end of the week, when I get a new console from Sony.
This version is fine, filter aside. It's the one egregious difference to me so far.

I must say, Warframe is a bunch of fun. I can't stop playing it on my PS4. I have AC IV which I want to play too! Just always slide right into WF for some reason ...

I have never in my life experienced a more under baked, half finished product. Holy cow, you guys. it BARELY works. It crashes all the time. I'm no PS4 fanboy, I have both, but it's super depressing. It'll probably be great in 6 months. But I only turn this thing on for fitness anymore (if it even turns on. Kinect is reaaaaaaally hit or miss.)

The console crashes or the games? If it's the console, sounds like you need to return it as it may be faulty.
Your console is faulty, my xbox hasn't crashed on me once (games have though, fuck you battlefield). I would've expected to have had at least one if it was a universal issue.

You must have a faulty unit. I have almost no issues outside of normal growing pains.
When setting up your Kinect, make sure you turn up your speakers as loud as the Kinect will let you. I am at 95% hit now.
If we do not have monthly topics for the Xbox and PS4, we are going to have the main page spammed with questions/comments/etc!
Maybe thats what I'm doing wrong with it. I'll try that.
In terms of the crashing, I had to a "we dont know what happened" error a few times, and last night i turned it off,and it hung on a black screen (still getting a video signal) until i actually unplugged it from the wall. Crazy stuff.

I did not have one crash or any problems with mine what so ever. I'm not using Kinect though.
