Hard to tell but it doesn't look like the shop there. Can't make out the missing forehead.

The missing forehead isn't part of the photo, it's an unfortunate artifact from the creation/posting of the gif.

Which is gonna suck as that bit will be used to "debunk" this.

There's a chance abc tried to find a copy of the image and accidentally grabbed the shopped one. The camera cuts to a slow zoom of the image but I'm not sure it's actually the camera looking at the framed image vs editing in the image. Seems like a lot of work to get that shot for real so I'd assume they edited in an image instead.

not even google image search results in a pre-shopped version of the original getty photo.
Hell, Trump might not have THAT one in the white house and had ABC photoshop the pic prior to airing.

People didn't care about "real politics." Media spent more time talking about his "locker room talk," that may have been explicit admissions of sexual assault than they did his hands or fake tan.
