Yeah, this shit is so out of control. High end cards are now 10x the price they used to be, and the performance increases are getting smaller. Fuck Covid for ruining everything, fuck AMD for not competing, and fuck Nvidia for being greedy shits. I paid $1600 for my 4090, and it felt like highway robbery, but now it feels like a value compared to what we are getting.

It will definitely affect US prices. Which will no doubt trickle down to everyone else. Gaming companies won't bat and eye if given a reason to raise prices.

Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft might even do that to subsidize prices in the US. Heck, I can see a lot of companies doing just that. Hopefully the whole thing falls on its arse because it sucks for everyone but the politicians running State side.

it's cheaper than base iphone (not pro).
It's the same price as ps5 base on release date + inflation.
It's cheaper than ps3 was with inflation.
+1tb nvme in there too.

IT'S CHEAP. 700 is nowhere near "a lot crazy price". What's crazy is 700$ for mid graphics card alone and 1000+$ for high end....
