I just realized Eddy Curry is a champion...
Holy. Fucking. Shit.
You guys think someone will use this as a way to hate on LBJ? http://www.complex.com/style/2012/06/spotted-lebron-james-celebrates-wearing-a-givenchy-inspired-tee
The other twist of fate: Derrick Rose wrecked his knee in Round 1, propelling the Celtics into the Conference Finals you know, LeBron's nemesis, the bullies who beat him in 2008 and 2010, the grizzled veterans who were convinced that LeBron would always cave when it mattered most. Garnett and Pierce loved pushing his buttons more than anyone. During their final regular-season road trip to Miami, which turned out to be a surprisingly easy win for the Celtics, they spent the last two minutes busting Wade's balls about LeBron. You picked the wrong guy. You'll never win with that guy. LeBron could hear everything. They didn't care. In Game 5 of their playoff series, Garnett and Pierce pushed things a little further, believing that LeBron was ready to cave again. Down the stretch, Garnett muttered derisive obscenities under his breath anytime LeBron was in earshot, then stuffed him at the rim on a pivotal drive. A little bit later, Pierce nailed a back-breaking 3 right in LeBron's mug, then yelled, "I have the balls to take that!" as he trotted back down the floor.
In retrospect, they pushed him too far. The Celtics regarded LeBron with such disdain that's why Rondo angrily yelped, "Let's go!" before defending LeBron's final drive of regulation in Game 2. LeBron ended up settling for a 21-footer against someone seven inches shorter than him, followed by Rondo strutting back to the huddle and probably telling his teammates, "I knew he didn't have the balls to come at me." They spent that whole series challenging his manhood; by the end of Game 5, they thought they had broken him. Was that what turned him into a serial killer in Game 6? Not entirely but it definitely helped. I just don't think LeBron makes LeLeap without the bullies from Boston.1
I love Simmons, but I chuckled at this. LeBron doesn't ascend to the throne without the Celtics pushing him!
There's some truth there, but knowing how homerish Simmons is made me chuckle.
I'm amazed at the amount of people who are buying the media's "You can't hate LeBron anymore" kool-aid. It's spectacular.
lol. they dont understand the spirit of a hater.
we hate successful people.
lebron succeeded this season so therefore we hate him.

i disliked him when it wasn't cool
I'm not as petty. I only started to dislike him when he quit on teams.

Damn, I just read that Lebron celebrated last night by drinking a 75k bottle of champagne. WTH? I'd love to be in the business of making that stuff.
Syphon or Sunhi.
For a long team Lebron was trying to appease everyone. Cleveland, family, friends, D Wade, media, fans and anyone who had something to say about him. He tried to be a villain and failed miserably, because he didnt understand the puzzle.
Being a villain isnt about snappy comebacks, Twitter beef or fake tough guy quotes. Being the villain is with half the world waiting for you to fail and dropping 45, 15 and 5. Being the villain is hearing the whispers
Kevin Durant is best player in the world and he is clutch
And then totally outplaying him on the biggest stage and breaking his will.
Lebron never made the wrong Decision, he just made the unpopular one, he didnt do what YOU wanted him to do. He didnt announce it the way YOU wanted him to say it. He didnt fit into what YOU thought a franchise player should be. Because YOU thought you owned him.
But, you didnt because he was
FREE
By doing what HE wanted to do, he has figured out puzzled, unlocked and has escaped from prison. The prison of perception. The prison of expectations. The prison of social media.
Athletes careers are like books with multiple chapters, you can never make a blanket statement until the book is closed.
Lebrons legacy isnt finished being written, but this chapter is closed and a new one begins and it is titled.

:applause:
I never really found a reason to hate Lebron. He's really really really good at basketball and despite The Decision not being the most savvy PR move to say the least, the backlash to it sounded like a lot of sour grapes. I do feel bad for Cleveland though, they didn't deserve for things to end the way it did.

The wine game is bull. Most people can't tell the difference. And I'm including the people that get paid to appraise the stuff.
When other superstars got their first ring did people predict a dynasty this much?

What makes it more lulz is it was likely a bottle of Ace of Spades. Smh.
But I dunno if the real haters are going to stop, now. They'll simply ask for 3 or 4 titles first now that he got one.
Yeah, it was an Ace of Spades. A fool and their money will soon be parted I guess.

Daaaaaaaaaaamn. Mark Cuban tore Skip Bayless a new one
