Fear Effect was a thoroughly mediocre game though, and its primary marketing point was "hey watch these two hot girls doing sexy things".
I guess in that regard it's not much different than Stellar Blade.

Your last part is correct. Pushing a political message over making a good game should never happen. I haven’t seen anything that makes it seem as if that is happening with Avowed. Its pronouns. If it’s something more then that can change.

We will never know for sure but imo art style and characters killed it. If they had at least characters half as cool as overwatch than they would survive a few months at least.

I don't think that's an example of what I'm asking for. His statement that the model is "ugly as fuck look all DEIs have" is a reference to the de-beautification of female leads. This is a rather well-documented part of the DEI/woke mindset and evident across many of the "woke" games.
Ironically, Punished Miku demonstrates exactly what I was saying: he immediately brands him a racist and misogynist. It couldn't possibly be because he recognizes a pattern ...

OK sure, but that's not a good game or example, that girl's character model looks exactly in-line with the rest of the games art or other character models we've seen.

It’s all so tiresome at this point, I like the gameplay in many western games but the character art design is almost always poop.

I'm asking for examples of people actually being racist/sexist, not of being accused of it. It's very easy to find examples of people accusing others of racism or sexism. That accusation has been thrown around abusively for decades now. It's often just a cheap way to dismiss someone else's point of view by slurring them. The example you gave was just another instance.

This is somewhat subjective though, I can say that every time someone uses 'DEI' to discredit a game or its character models, there's a sometimes not-so-subtle tint of sexism or racism, or both there.
You might disagree with that. And then we'll be at an impasse.
There will be very few cases where unanimously everyone will agree with something being racist or sexist across the board.

Well, the interpretation of behavior (as racist or sexist) is subjective. It depends on your assumptions about the person, attempts to read their mind, projection, preconceived notions you bring to the table, etc. But the behavior itself (the words they have written) is not subjective. It's clear for everyone to see. I'm asking for clear evidence of racist or sexist statements. You're the fourth person I've had this conversation with, and I've yet to be provided a single example.
Btw, I'm not denying there are some people who are genuinely racist and sexist - on both sides of the aisle. I'm just asking for examples of racist/sexist statements. If those attitudes are as prevalent among the anti-woke as you claim, then examples should be easy to find. But no, all you supplied was an instance where Billy complained about de-beautification in a game, and Miku interpreted that as racism and sexism. But accusations aren't evidence.
Yes, you could say that, in which case you'd be another example of what I'm talking about - someone discounting others' concerns by using personal slurs and a very broad brush.

Yeah there has always been good diversity without being woke even when I went on a 80s movie watching spree from 2020. Lots of old school movies have wonderful mix of diversity and made every character interesting like Night of the Demon, The Thing, Aliens, Return of the Living Dead, the Bronze Warrior, The Last Dragon etc etc etc so many others. Not all the time for sometimes a bit of stereotypes would be nice too cause we couldn't have gotten cool movies like Big Trouble in Little China, Tales from the Hood, the Last Dragon, Machete 1 and Machete 2 etc etc. Even lots of old school shows and games when they got gay characters like gay tony, Puri Puri Prisoner, Drillstar Killer from Slumber Party 2, Veronica Arcade, etc. Some may be stereotypical and rightfully so since it's unnormal and never suppose to become too popular anyway. They aren't the same compared to race because all race have normal people as the majority.
