Yes, you need to have your PS4 on so that your Vita can find and connect to your PS4.

I've been having a lot better luck lately got 2 legendarys. Shotgun from blue engram, and I somehow missed a purple engram that turned into a legendary helmet.

My first legendary engram actually turned purple!!

Scored 3 legendary items last night, one decrypted to a blue so dismantled but below are the two sweet purple legends. I got 2 just doing patrols and 1 in a strike we didn't finish. No farming as that's not my thing.

Man, the Mars strike with the boss that walks back and forth in the double decker room (and the tank boss just before him) is probably my least favorite. The final boss is a damn bullet sponge and its not fun.

Came here to say this. I've been quietly enjoying the game, even though it's repetitive. Played this strike today & it's terrible at the end. Me & 2 other guardians r running a shotgun train on him & it still took forever for him to die. This is at level 20. If it gets worse than this idk if strikes will b in my future

Gotta ask, as a fellow Titan, how are you using your super in strikes and boss battles? Do you focus on minions while the rest of your team uses their big stuff on the boss? That's pretty much how I've played both striker and defender because otherwise its damn near suicide.

Its also the prime reason I started a hunter, so I could actually use my powers to help take down bosses.

As a defender, I usually get the Weapons of Light + Illuminated combo for the boss. Just deploy the Ward of Dawn at a safe place, sneak out, use your heavy weapon, and get back in the shield. Repeat until you run out of ammo or the shield fades.

I use a legendary rocket launcher (Admonisher), and I get about 2k damage per rocket on "single-target" bosses. I believe it's possible to fire up to ten - or more - rockets before the shield fades, but you'll need heavy ammo synthesis.

Standby works just fine. The Vita will turn on the PS4 remotely. You can put the system back into Standby when you're done.

I dislike this one as well, but I dislike the Archon Priest the most. Seems like he has the most health out of anyone. For Valas T'auric I believe he's called, I just stay on the bottom level on the right side when you enter the room. There's a lot of cover there and no where for those heat seeking missiles to hit you.

I agree. Get rid of the point emote and put a quick menu in to replace it, would make thing so much more fluid.

Just checked. The Weekly Nightfall is the Moon Strike on Level 28, with 5 modifiers:

Epic- heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers.
Juggler- no ammo drops for your equipped weapon.
Angry- Enemies don't flinch.
Void Burn- Void damage is increased for everyone.
Nightfall- If one player dies, we all go back to orbit.

Yeah, I don't think we can do it.

Yeah - I actually bring my to our bedroom when I want to play while my wife sleeps and I don't feel like going downstairs. We have a pretty big house, and remote play don't work from the native vita location.
