Lol sorry guys only reason I explained and didn't post before is because every new iOS Apple and Google make it harder to link images. Trying a Dropbox upload.

Aaaaand it doesn't work. Fucking mobile lol

Edit 2: imgur website is nice now on mobile. Much better than before

Only saw highlights. Saw Tymo doing things and our defence getting gashed with no offensives threat...

The defense was a sorry sight in the first half. :( Apparently it was the first time the CBs were paired together and it showed.

Yarmolenko (MOTM for me), Konoplyanka and Harmash were class. So was the substitue Devic.

Did you watch? I didn't catch it but am curious to know how Konoplyanka played.

I watched the game. He and Yarmolenko were quality -- they're great players in general and it showed. The US played quite a few fringe players and none of them did well. John Anthony Brooks is definitely not going to make the team this go round and Onyewu is just past it at this point. Dempsey and Altidore had free headers on corners that should have been goals but neither were. Johannsson was again our best offensive player and had a lovely volley (again from a corner) cleared off the line.

Howard played very well but the CBs just repeatedly got torn apart on through balls. It was like a FIFA game without Ultra D on.

Welcome back, Lambda!

Thanks for the run down, Meier. All signs point to trouble at the WC this year.

People asked the same thing about Cissokho.

Cissokho has been genuinely rubbish for about 4 years though. Coentrao clearly has some degree of technical ability, perhaps just needs certain circumstances to come together for him to display it on a regular basis.

I could think of worse buys considering we'd have Enrique and Flanagan to cover if it all went wrong. Obviously dependent on price thpugh, bollocks to spending £14m on a complete gamble.

B.Rodgers would do wonders with Yarmolenko and Konoplyanka.

Get on it, Liverpool.

For those who haven't seen Pogba's new 'do, here's a pic I found:
It's a shame because he's a good looking dude
Looks like it was just cramps for Vidal. PRAISE THE SUN!
I'll believe it when I see it. And by that I mean seeing him tackle Viola's team out of the pitch next week.
Happy Birthday to Landon Donovan. The American is 32 today!

will he EVER live this down? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IS3M10x1tVg

Mertesacker: "it was a lesson"

We won 1-0, but the game was made by Chile. Our defence was utter shit with Jansen/Schmelzer/Mertesacker and our striker appears to be 175 years old. Pretty sure we'll win the WC.

Was solid actually, but any player would have looked good against this Germany team yesterday. I dont know why but we were like amateurs, Chile basically won every one on one and were just quicker and ran more. Vidal was great and better than any of our midfielders but Sanchez was the man of the match. Schmelzer basically looked like a child against him. Anyway, only Neuer was at normal form, but post and bar saved this lucky victory for us. Much to do for Löw...
