I listened to some of it. I don;t like it. The guy singing doesn't have a very good voice to me. I like soulful or estranged voices and his is neither. As for the rapper, he didn't have a particular fondling voice and his flow I found cookie cutter. The production also didn't stand out at all. The melodies were mundane and all around forgettable.

Damn. Fair though I suppose.
I was mainly there for Paul White. He's a UK producer who's done stuff on Stones Throw, produced on both XXX and Old (Danny Brown said he's his favourite producer) and for Charlie XCX.
He's switched his style up now and is incorporating more live instrumentation on this project (he produced the whole thing) which I honestly found interesting and well done.
The rapper (who's also the singer) is some dude he met on Twitter or something I think.

The rapper struggles to establish much of an identity and perhaps gets lost amongst such an eclectic mixture of beats, but on the whole I found it interesting and pretty fun.

Wow, that new Jenkins EP is very underwhelming. He took a poppier approach, which doesn't play into his strengths that lie in his lyricism. Production is certainly nice at parts, but it's not what I expected. I hope he ditches the water motif and his studio album is fully fleshed out.

9th Wonder production sounds worse as time goes on, Big Pooh is one of the wackest dudes in an acclaimed group yet somehow puts out better solos than Phonte who is trying and failing to convince himself that he can do more than what he does best, which is just rapping.
