Yeah, publisher should make a small effort to let the devs patch it up so they can sell more of KcD 1 and 2.

First game was self-funded and the publisher (Deep Silver, which is brand name of Plaion) only handled distribution of retail boxes into stores.
But after the first game was success, Plaion/Deep Silver bought Warhorse. So it is "kinda" same publisher. But you are right that they make the call about greenlighting the console update and so far, they haven't. I don't get it either.

How many games are native 4K and 60fps on consoles anyway? wouldn't expect that tbh, perhaps some kind of upscaled resolution that will allow 60fps.

What's wrong with the face?

I wish this game just had face creator. Henry as a character is a not as iconic as they would like him to be. Like sure his backstory is decent but I just wish I could be Henry.

Character creators make RPG's with this much freedom, that much more enjoyable in my opinion.

Visually it does not seem that much evolved over the first one, so I hope it will enable them to have a less buggy release

I replayed the first one earlier this year in preparation for this. You most likely don't remember how the first game looks, cause to my eyes this is quite a substantial upgrade visually. Something as simple as belts around breastplates are no longer painted on but actual 3d models now.

First game is awesome, i have faith Warhorse will update the first game on consoles and KCD 2 to have some kind of performance mode.

Would be good but I read a while ago that Warhorse had no intention of updating the first game but not sure if that was officially stated somewhere or what. I would have thought it would have been in their interest to update the first for current gen in the lead up to the release of the second game but nothing has happened. Very disappointing.

I won't watch since I don't want to spoil my experience but if it looks as good as the first one, I'll be happy. It was great to play it last year on the 4070 at 4K.
