lol ... and yes. yes I did. Still processing that ending a bit. I seem to have the general consensus that the story was lacking but the gameplay was excellent. Very much enjoyed my time with it, but don't think it ranks high in my favorite mgs games list. To me it really didn't seem like a true mgs game until the very end.

Hi, I'm started the game on ps4 few days ago and I'm now at mission 9 and few side-ops.
I was reading about the FOB and I really don't want to play online. Read some comment's but i don't understand how fully turn off this shit. Any advice?

Can't turn it off, however, you can play the game offline. When you boot up the game just decline the TOS and start the game in offline mode. Be advised: if you connect online past mission 22, the game will force you to build a FOB.

So I had this game completely abandoned.

I started it on realease, did not grab me at all, even after enjoying Ground Zeroes. Left it in the case up till a week ago.

I cannot put this darn game down, it completely has its hooks on me. I'm loving it.

I'm playing absolutely every side op I can and I'm up to main mission 16.

HELP!

MGSV?

Nope, those repeat missions are entirely optional and are set up in a way to provide additional challenge/fun. Think of them as hard mode.

You don't have to play any of the repeat missions to finish the story.

Yeah. Oops. Didn't say which game.

That's good to know now, though. I really wasn't feeling trudging through those again. I think I have a big bit of GMP saved up. Id like to try some assault rifles that I haven't gotten to yet. Still rocking the first one that was unlocked. Ha. Hasn't failed yet.

I am contemplating on buying this on PC. But I don't know if I should. I've been hearing too many people complain on forums about the game's hackers, Konami's awful support for the PC port and the community dying on even all platforms that the game is on. Someone give me an answer on what to do, please.

I played it on PC from release and it was awesome, however now that Konami has changed alot about the online resources etc. I cannot give you a straight answer about this.
It might be bad on all platforms, which means the PC is probably a safe bet, it's a great port.

If you're thinking of only playing Single player, PC should be fine. Best looking version + mods. If you're interested in FOBs and MGO, PS4 is better because there's no hacking.
