Musk has the resources and willpower to create something special though I don't know what "AI" necessarily means. He should simply put the word out and see the talent flock, hire the best of the best, people who want to do nothing but make a killer videogame, no bullshit, no arbitrary insertion of mental illness.

I fear his "game" would be like the cybertruck. An engineering marvel full of cool tech, but ugly as shit with no aesthetic value.
I want the Porsche of games, not the tesla of games.
Because other publishers and developers set out to make bad games.

There was a thread a bit ago where he mentioned about setting up a game studio, and with his recent focus on Diablo it figures he'd want to do something like this. My reaction now is the same as it was in the previous thread, if he makes a great game then that's good for me, if he makes something shit then I don't really care since I won't play it. The more companies there are making games the more options there are for me.
Not exactly sure what an "AI game studio" would mean. But I guess it could be interesting to find out.

I don't know why Musk wants to use AI unless he wants to prove that his particular brand of AI is the best.
You would think he would just hire the best people, point to current games on the market and say make that, only 1000x better, no limitations, no budget restrictions.
I'd imagine first on the plate would be a Super Deluxe Diablo type clone. I'm sure Musk plays the game and has a million ideas about what could be done better. I doubt Musk is striving for originality as much as much as bigger and better than everybody else.
It would be interesting to see the results if only for even one game.
