So he's spouting some random words on twitter to gather support for what is currently ideas in thin air. There is no guarantee he will do what he made you think he will do.

As far as i can tell, SpaceX is the only thing he is involved in that is making serious innovations.

You could argue Tesla is also innovating, but remember Tesla was started by other people before ELon strong-armed them out of their own company. And Tesla's list of issues, starting from glitches in their cars causing injuries and/or death, to Elon being horrible to his employees, are well documented.

Twitter is another story. I personally don't think it is any better now than it was before his takeover. You still get absolutely ridiculous takes and hate speech, but now there is a lot more bots and spam. And also, Elon has been known to ban/suspend accounts that don't agree with him. Hardly a true advocate of free speech.

I would prefer if he stays out of the gaming industry.
