I’d like to know too. I should lose some weight and would love a nice way like this to do it
Honestly walking is mega under rated imo, it's put me in a good mood, I genuinely enjoy it as I have a lot of beautiful locations nearby to me.
When I first started I aimed for 10k steps a day, non negotiable, I would get lower back pain, and aches and pains in my feet/ankles due to how heavy I was, but once that resided it just got easier and easier and the walks escalated and I probably stopped being in pain after a solid month or so of sticking too it
