In fact Nintendo hardware almost outsold all the competing systems combined twice.

360 and PS3 are about what I expected, decent but not great. The Wii is simply off the charts, and those software sales all around on Wii are insane. Left for Dead 2 sales were better then I expected. Oh yeah, and I hope none of you are at work right now.

Amazed at the sales - DS did pretty well too really. I forget just how many American homes there are really!!

We need some updated LTD's for those damn Nintendo games. MK Wii is still a beast.

the juxtaposition between the Wii selling 3.8 MILLION UNITS IN DECEMBER HOLY CRAP and all the 3rd party threads lately are just insane.

Holy shit.

As regards NSMB Wii - that's 4.2 million in the US alone, another 3 million in Japan... looks like the 10 million Nintendo estimate for worldwide sales is an easy goal to reach.

Those Wii sales are ridiculous, especially when compared to the 07/08 sales.

I'm also very pleased with L4D and Mario Kart. Those NSMBW sales might put it over CoD:MW2 by March which is also pretty crazy.

Mario & Luigi 3 has now doubled Mario & Luigi 2 and Paper Mario 1, and passed Mario & Luigi 1, Super Paper Mario, and Paper Mario 2. Mario & Luigi 3 is officially the best-selling of the series. In four months.

Astounded @ Nintendo's numbers, but also glad to see PS3 coming into it's own, will be interesting following the PS3's numbers over this year, and PS2 keeps soldiering on.

That means a million more ?
