Like, I know people brush off Concord like it only cost them $12 and six weeks to make, so who cares, and Factions 2 wasn't that big of a deal, but at some point you're talking about major, major, major resources all burned up with LITERALLY nothing to show for it. So Bend and Bluepoint are getting ready to enter the planning stages of their next project? Gotta be PS6 titles this late in the game. Man PS5 was really good hardware that just happened to launch at a really bad time. Hopefully they make the easy choice of just going back to what worked so well on PS4.

Instead of Days Gone 2 and potential Bloodborne remake we will get nothing for another 5 years from these studios ? Dyas gone 1 was in 2019, Demon Souls r 2020... Gaas and porting all games to pc can be Sony nail to the coffin

The funny thing about your list is it's incomplete like every other gaffer whose tried. There's so many GAAS bombs the past few years I dont think one person yet had successfully made a full list. What happens is someone make a big list and then people after add more like this:

I don't think Bluepoint was working on a single game though.
That said....it's obvious this will turn out to be Sony's worst gen in terms of game out put. There's just no way around it.
Brace yourselves for one or 2 internal AAA titles a years and a few extra titles from outside partnerships. Like 2024.
It won't be bad terrible for them...but it will slow them down a bit.

I have a PS5 Pro and disc drive here I honestly might just sell it and put those funds towards a 5080 that I was already getting and a Switch 2.
The meme "Age of Sony is done" might sound absolutely ridiculous right now with them being so successful this past 15 years but it will soon approach if they continue chasing GAAS nonsense and alienating their core customers.
