Man I remember playing this 2009 ish. I stayed up all night playing it. The game is so quirky and curious I was hooked. I need to go through again on Series X. Hope they don't delist it before I do.

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
I tried once to play this. But got instantly turned off after the intro section and it dumps you in the town

I don' know if you still have the game but I would suggest give it another try. If nothing else, it'll be a refreshing change of pace compared to the recent Ubislop style glut of map vomit games.

Oh, man. Don't quit on it. You can really tell Swery was flying his little budget ship apart at the seams making this game. They gave him $20 and said,"make us a budget platformer," and he went off the rails and made a budget open world X-Files/Twin Peaks/GTA.

It's a great example of when high ambition clashes with a very limited budget. They did their best and the game has things that many modern games don't do now, like a fully realized city with NPC's who all have their own daily schedules and routines they do with or without your involvement.
