I'll recall a statement made by sonicmj1 in that this show doesn't "blow me away" in any means. Nonetheless, it has been consistently enjoyable and above-average in how it handles schoolyard interactions.

They started teasing with 30-second pilot PVs last year after debuting the project at Comiket 82, their official site displayed space for a total of seven pilot PVs, and they released a DVD box set of the full versions of all seven of them at Comiket 83, even though only four had been revealed on the site at the time. I guess they're going to go through with the remaining three online now.
As for what the project actually is, I think a pachinko machine is the most common theory based on evidence, but I'm not sure.

There are online image editors available to do all the basic cropping and resizing mumbo jumbo if you don't wanna do anything too fancy. Width should be 100 pixels and height 120.
Anything that can crop/resize will do.

Man you guys are good. I'm very pleased with you, AnimeGAF. Though to be fair, I could have been far more obscure.
I dunno, I made twice that many avatars, but I had a hard time finding ones I really liked that didn't involved body fluids of some sort. I think the best lewd avatars are the ones that are either discrete (so that only those who recognize them have the privilege of feeling the shame of their knowledge), or funny. The other ones I cropped where just straight up porn, and that's only fun until you get banned.
I'm lazy. I just use imgur.
