This will be me tomorrow. But replace the guy in the first panel with me looking out the window looking at the snow and then going back to gaming.

In DC, sounds like we're supposed to get hit with 5-8 inches (maybe more where I live). Hoping it hits early so I don't have to go to the work tomorrow and ride the metro back in a mess of people

Was the worst drive into work in 13 years here in the Twin Cities.. not one road was plowed. Very much not like normal up here for us...

Worse than the one earlier when it snowed on Saturday and Sunday and somehow it was still super frozen and shitty on Tuesday? My commute blew but it wasn't as bad as that one. At least this snow was fluffy

From last I heard we're supposed to be getting 4-8 in northwest Massachusetts. It's supposed to be heavy, wet snow too. That's the worst kind to shovel. Fuck.

people here in jersey are all scared about this. I doubt this is going to do anything though. Its been hitting 40+ the last few days and even the next few days the lows are still 33-35.

Loudoun county here. I have training at my new job 9am-1pm. I don't think I'm gonna be able to drive in that shit, but I'd hate to call out.

At least class was cancelled. That midterm paper due tomorrow night can be put off till after spring break!

Northern VA and debating whether I want to go in to work for a few hours even if our boss said we can work from home. Hm!

was hoping for liberal leave today since i used a sick day last week. snowed pretty hard coming into work. roads are just wet though.

Reporting in from South VA, its a mess outside but only less than a inch stuck. Winter storm? More like Winter Dud.

In Baltimore it's sticking a bit. Weather says it won't get bad until later, meaning getting to work won't be a problem but getting back, however..

This is like the fourth or fifth time this year that the weatherman went from "OMG 6 INCHES SNOW INCOMING!!!" to "Well, maybe a couple inches are possible, maybe" to "could be an inch but it won't stick to roads." And then we ended up getting nothing. Same thing again today in NJ. I also like how they've made the shift from "projected" snow totals to "possible" snow totals because they have no clue. "Could be 4 feet, could be one inch. Anything is possible!"

This. We're annoyed. We were supposed to get 4 times the amount but nada. I'm just taking their word for grains of salt much more so now. :\

The thing about this storm is that the snow that has fallen (on the East Coast) so far isn't the "real" storm. THAT storm is as I type this gathering strength off the coast and is a traditional nor'easter. Within the next few hours that storm is expected to dump the heaviest snow in the area.

It was a great drive in to work here in Pittsburgh, no one on the road, roads totally clear of any snow. I guess schools were closed but everything seems fine.

North Columbus here, knew it was supposed to snow didnt realize this much. A good 8 inches on my car, had to dig it out. Then I got stuck trying to get out of my street parking spot, and had to dig that out. Then as i was going down my complex's road which is pretty much one way, an ambulance was coming.

Pulled over to get out of his way and got stuck again. :(

Needless to say, I was late to work.

Ugh

Philly weathermen are in the 0-5 range. At least they have been saying all week that it's unlikely to stick much

Northern VA over here. Apparently our town is right in the epicenter of the shit. They got Al Roker out here broadcasting by our Target, and the last reports I heard were calling for up to two feet. I reallllllllly hope we don't lose power.
