That new Hraesvelg skell is so much fun to run around in. I wish they all felt like that.

Haven’t tried it in combat yet though, hope it doesn’t suck.

I kinda prefer how the other skells transform and zip around really fast. In combat I don't like the Hraesvelg compared to my customizable skells so far since it can't be fitted with one shot doomsday weapons the way they can. But apparently it's really good at evasion so I might try crafting evasion upgrades for it later in the game

Is the only way to get material for the Bunnysuit through getting tickets online and using those tickets to buy the materials at that online store? I'm just looking for a faster way to do this

performance issues? not sure if this will help but as switch users we tend to never see the title screen twice because of sleep mode. Just closing the program, opening it again and loading your save might make a big difference

Funny you mention this cause I ran into a bug where when I approached an NPC that auto talks to you the text wouldn't pop up until I did a save and exit to the menu and reloaded my save data.

Yea this is a bug/glitch that has also happened to me on occasion. Fast traveling and reloading the last auto save usually seems to fix it. No idea what causes it though.

Geez I forgot how just how content packed the city itself is! I just spent 2 hours doing stuff in and exploring NLA alone! This game puts other open world RPGs to shame 😅
You'll probably spend at least 6 hours questing in NLA. It's packed with quests as you progress through the game. When I say XCX is like a single player MMO it isn't an exaggeration. You can easily spend a whole day in NLA and not leave the city.

That's the only way to get those specific materials for the bunnysuit?
It's been a while but I think those materials mostly come from a Telethia type. So there is one in Noctilum but it's an uber powerful giant boss. The other way to fight one that would be easier is in the multiplayer challenges. I don't remember exactly how it all works though as its been six years and I'm really taking my time just playing with skells and stuff. I haven't watched it yet but this guy also made a video about getting a lot of reward tickets fast to that would be another way.

Tickets would be faster for early game. Most of the materials are end game stuff without tickets. I made Bunny Suits (1 piece and 2 piece) for each female in WiiU and it took forever because fashion armor you actually have to equip it. Switch you just need to make it once and it's a shared skin. I'm on chapter 4 in XCXDE and I have all the materials except for Telethia cells all obtained with tickets.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Just hit the 60-hour mark in the game, I've spent the last 10 hours in-game just completing side quests and affinity quests. Still haven't unlocked all the available characters, and there are two more that haven't even been unlocked / aren't available yet. I haven't yet moved on to Chapter 11. But still having a blast with this game, and wrecking house now on most enemies as I've hit level 51.

I love how some quests, recommended level 18, ask you to reach the other side of the world, having to traverse zones with level 50+ enemies lol. The entire time you are like "Please don't notice me".

Love this game.
Yeah that threw me off too. I was doing that FN site node explanation mission and I thought they wanted me to level up through the new areas and was confused by the level gaps.

That ending HOLY SHIT

Especially with finding out Elma is not human and is an alien. Not only that her real body looks like Kos-Mos

Now I'm watching the end credits and am gonna to go through the new storyline
You should do all the affinity missions, there's some that require chapter 13 to be completed. 👀

Yeah I'm gonna to do the rest of the Affinity Missions once I'm done with the new storyline

If some of them are required to unlock Part 2 and Part 3 of Chapter 13 than I'll do those

My plan is beat the new storyline and than do all the things I missed. I still have to recruit 2 more characters

Anyone know a good way to Level up fast? I'm stuck at Chapter 13 Part 3. Thankfully I only saved in one slot so I can go back to save file that was right before I took that Chapter Mission on. Characters are at Level 55 and 103 hours into the game

If you press the ZL button on the Inner Equipment screen, you can set a "Device" to equipment with an empty slot! The additional effects of the device will strengthen the equipment. Devices can also be created at the Arms Company!

I started working on getting the bunnysuit today and seems the fastest/easiest way to get it (and other useful stuff) is to do multiplayer missions where you fight a "global nemesis" called telethia plume. You have to fight it for 8 minutes killing it as many times as you can, it has this thing called RP (resurrection points) so everyone is supposed to be killing it together many times until it's RP is gone when it spawns in every few days. You can fight it solo too but it's much easier to summon players to kill it and you could back them up in your skell while you learn about it. If you do fight them yourself they do stuff like put you to sleep and sometimes will start reflecting damage types so you would need to craft augments to counter that.

Haha, the end of chapter 5...

Oh whoops, did we forget to tell you that we're all living in highly advance robot bodies? Our bad...
lol I always thought that part was kind of cheap.

how they tried to make this into some big plot twist. So nobody told you before your body got put in storage that they would be connecting your consciousness to some remote controlled robot body? And nobody thought to tell you after you woke up? And you didn’t notice anything was slightly off about your body until your arm gets blown off?

Also the other NLA residents seem awfully nonchalant about their actual bodies/consciousness being lost off in the wilderness somewhere.

To be fair, the way they designed the bodies it suppose feel like real bodies with all sensory and feeling pain. When MC lost his/her arm Lin had cut off the pain sensors.

Well citizens of NLA don’t know about the fact the lifepod’s energy supply is about to run out.

yeah I get all that, it still felt pretty cheap, like they were withholding what was supposed to be common knowledge just so they could turn it into a plot twist later. Although I do appreciate how there are lots of clues here and there, now that I’m playing a second run.

And backup battery or not, if all our bodies were in some crash wreckage in an unknown location on an alien planet, I would think it’d be a pretty common topic of conversation + people would be demanding answers from leadership instead of living a leisurely suburban life. I would also have a couple questions about that giant countdown clock towering above the city…

I’m sure the NLA government told lies to citizens that lifebop have plenty of power left to keep their bodies for years to come….same way they told lie they found 10 people but actually Elma only found us at beginning of the game.

Except.

Cross/Rook isn't in the Database at all. He/She was never on the White Whale at all. All Mims on wakeup have all their memories directly loaded into them so everyone else literally knows their situation. Cross has literally nothing. Literal Ghost in the Machine. And all other Lifepods are completely empty. The only person close to Cross's situation is Yelv who also had memory issues and they aren't actually memory issues. For Yelv all his memories are implanted. They are fake. As part of a MiM cloning project known as J-Bodies. There are theories that Cross is the soul or will of Mira. Cross is the failsafe and is who is the harbinger of all the friendly races and builds up NLA. Of course other theories are that Yelv(Yelv is not the original or Yelv also is a fabricated consciousness) and Cross are Prototypes.

This is a pretty fun build to play around with. I didn't want to do the whole ghostwalker thing this time since I did that on my first playthrough on the WiiU, and it's really fun playing around with the lightsaber weapon in this class. It even has that yoda somersault spinning cowabunga lightsaber move from what I used to think were bad movies. But the class was just too squishy and I die too much. With this setup you can reflect every single damage type 100% though so from squishy to invincible I guess lol. I only have the resources to reflect 4 damage types so far though.
