The first armor I found with Yasuke makes "unblockable" attacks parryable. Only problem is I'll never take it off. Also, he's already easy mode but now he's a god. I am sticking to Naoe for the challenge most of the time.

In my opinion Ubisoft should add lethal difficulty with a new update because even with Naoe, I am killing enemies without any challenge

That would be amazing.

In addition, it should be the law that entering a mission or a combat area freezes time of day passing. I hated it in Tsushima and I hate it here just as much.

Also, the game just begs for RDR2 horse autotravel

Decided to turn off mission HUD element and compass to improve the immersive experience and the game became 10x better, imo. (Might have become used to it thanks to Arma Reforger)

Now there really is a sense of exploration and I love finding my way through visual landmarks and looking the map.
Although it can be a bit bothersome if you want to progress the story, but it's easy to turn the HUD elements back on.

Also, the world is huge, isn't it? I might not even complete the game this way, with all the other games in my rotation.
Which isn't a negative, as I pretty much bought the game to check out the visuals/tech.
It just happens to be a great game so far.

I don't recall, must have been a drop somewhere lol. The game is way too generous with giving you leveled loot.

I've already moved onto something else now.

Yeah, enemies don't have any hard to avoid moveset so they only get a hit in if they gang up on you, if you are good with positioning it's very hard to die.

Wow never seen this outfit before and I'm 25 hours into the game. At this point I constantly get one out of six cosmetics, with just different stats.

Is this a story unlock item? Or region specific?

It like was one of those Castle chests.

I've already moved onto something else. I'm not really doing the thing where I'm keeping a single outfit across levels, the game gives you way too much loot that needing to continuously upgrade it hasn't been a factor for me, especially as engraving is so cheap.

English voice acting is disaster in this game. You pretty much have to, if you want any enjoyment out of the story.

Found it, it's the Yurei-Walker outfit and I need to get them from two chests in two castles in Yamazaki.

For anyone still having the DLSS disappearing as an option , turn off steam input if you play on controller. Haven't had the issue since.

Put stealth on expert difficulty and put guaranteed assassinations on in the gameplay > difficulty tuning menu. It makes for an EVEN more saitisfying stealth experience. Trust me.

An absolute must! If you use hidden blade assassination to slip someone throat etc., it should be a guaranteed kill cuz otherwise it's completely unrealistic and gamified

Odyssey/Valhalla had it so i find it a bit strange, but it seems like it might not be here because playtime advances seasons forward (could just make it not affect that)
What i hope they add the most is finisher animations, the few that are here are dope, but they get boring to watch fast since theres so few of them.

They are not meant to disappear, theyre landmarks i think.

I'm pretty sure those are loot locations and they reset once the season changes.

So if you're looking for some stuff you can just go to one of those locations.

Grey dots = landmark, red dot = landmark with loot.

At least, that's my current theory.

Has anyone been able to trigger Guardians or are they introduced through a mission/tutorial

I was running around that first castle trying to get the guards to pull the alarm bell but nada. All they do is chase me around lol

Do you have both characters unlocked? Each character can only see their own gear that they can equip, but they can also find gear for the other character. Maybe you just have to go through your gear inventory as both characters?

Man...Yasuke is a fucking beast. I was playing with Naoe but two bosses inside a castle killed me. I went out if the castle and called Yasuke, went in and obliterated those two guys. When you start unlocking skills and combat movements the combat becomes very addictive

The game needs at least x3 times longer seasons and that includes many steps in each of them. Maybe we'll get that via mod at some point.

Summer and Autumn are my favorite seasons in the game. During summer there's lots of stuff in the air, dust, flies of different types and all sorts of other shit that fills the air, adding a lot to the atmosphere and warmth of this season. During Autumn different leaves start flying as well as fall to the ground, the wind then picks them up, makes them swirl around and... man, it's one hell of a sight to behold. Winter is... not as good, which is to be expected cuz it's just snow, frost and.... well, nothing else.

How long before I get back to Yasuke. I've been exploring with Naoe, I've just met Mitsubishi and now I have to go the second region to meet his son.

I know it's my fault for deviating but just need to know how close relative to the main quest line
