This is for sure true, I'd imagine Obsidian is like other game companies wherein you're given training for this specific thing. When I was hired at Blizzard many moons ago, one of the first new hire things was to have us go to a "social media" training course, which essentially said "You work here now, don't tweet about dumb shit and embarrass us."
