I believe this awesome poster by Paolo Rivera needs to be mentioned again.

This poster is awesome and all, but I'm not sure I understand what's going on with the bullets.

cgi head on small actor i believe.

I thought it looked good in the previous trailers, but it appears that it got at least a couple passes since then. Looks virtually seamless now, IMO.

Why this movie/franchise is set in the forties I'll never know. Seems like a very wrong period to set this in considering the level of tech we're seeing.

I picked up an accent... or is this your way of saying you're from Brooklyn and you think his attempt at it sucks?

No, but when watching the trailer I didn't get a vibe like "Guy growing up in Brooklyn during WW2" as much as I got "LA schmuck."

edit: On second thought it's more noticeable in the early parts of the trailer, but it seems to change after he gets juiced up. Maybe that was purposeful. Comment retracted.

This really needs to be the theatrical poster. POSTER. ART.

You just linked to the god awful Kelly HU fight scene, thus invalidating any point you were trying to make. So lame. Such a non-fight.

Blade 2 > Both Singer X-Men movies.

I hate Blade 2 for turning Blade into some comedic figure. When he blew a kiss in the opening scene I knew the movie was in trouble. Add in the odd looking CGI fight in front of the lights and the movie really shit the bed.

Like the Punisher series the first and third mummy movies are actually a lot of dumb fun. The third one has freaking ANTHONY WONG in it!

oh i havent seen the third one ok, and barely remember the first but hopefully cap will surpass those films in my book they dont really mean much to ME not saying they werent good fun films or whatever.

Why do they always show the kiss between the protagonist and his love interest? Isn't that a moment the whole film is supposed to try and build towards?

Trailer was still great, although music choice was poor. Tommy Lee Jones looks like he's having a lot of fun, and I'm happy to see Toby Jones is in the film as well.

There's absolutely nothing about this that appeals to me and the new trailer did nothing to rectify it. I guess it just solidifies the fact that Captain America has never and will never really appeal to me.

I'm more than content with what I saw in Thor and X-Men: First Class where superhero films are concerned.

*giggling uncontrollably*

Oh man oh man, every trailer gets me more and more pumped at seeing this -- and I've never even been that big a fan of Cap. This trailer is definitely going to play well in front of Transformers, I think; it's going to get people's adrenaline pumping. And the scene where
Tommy Lee Jones throws a grenade at the recruits, and they all dive away except Steve who throws himself upon it?
Wonderful stuff.

*watches again*

I'm so giddy after watching the trailer. I can't wait to see it finally...

also that was a great use of 46&2. That's the last band I thought they'd ever use, but it fit really well on the trailer.
