Some shops here (Italy) are keeping good old paper lists that have alredy been agreed on to counter the bot attacks (the same happened for ps5 pro and external drives for the ps5.....)I am kind of tempted to do that, but got some senior management on one of the calls…
Hope Nintendo got enough stock for pre-orders but I just don’t see that happening in a large enough numbers to defeat the bots.

I don't think they will tarnish donkey Kong sales by announcing a new Mario before that games released.
Nintendo know what they are doing. Plus 2025 looks stacked with three tent pole nintendo releases. I imagine mario will be a 2026 game and announced at a direct around Xmas or early 2026 to drive continued momentum.

Plus I put tears of the kingdom down and other games hoping for switch 2 updates. I hope they patch xenoblade 3 as I have loads of that to do.

Yeah like I said in another thread, I was cold on it watching the direct. But if you look at what's coming on paper in the launch window MK, Metroid, Donkey Kong plus all the third party stuff, should be a really strong.
Game prices are a fucking joke but I won't be buying many. Is what it is I suppose, I'm not missing out.

Nothing about free roaming and taking photos in Mario Kart is that exciting to me. I guess it's a bit neat, but that it. Unless there's some kind of hidden collectibles or relevance to game progression, I'll be spending 0% of my time roaming.
