Even then is amazing how things are changing without he really doing nothing ... the moment he won its like a lot of companies just said "finally we can end this bullshit... call HR"

I just cannot stand when progressives or liberals even open their mouths anymore and I DON'T want to be that way, but ffs they barely make any sense anymore. We'll likely never really know, but there are plenty of things to assume that are probably close. I've always been more than fine with anything and everything, I don't care. You live how you wanna live, I'll live how I wanna live. Just don't try to force anything on me, especially something I don't care for and will never care for. With games I think it's important to provide options. I mean, that'd be like games having forced on accessibility options without having the ability to turn them off for folks that don't need or want them.

There's a right way and a wrong way to everything. Be it pandering, forced, or whatever. If something comes from a place of passion and care, there will likely be options and it won't feel pander-y, forced, etc. across the board. It's just really odd to not want to do that. But people also really love the whole "us vs them" thing which I'll never understand either.

At 40 years old I've met all kinds of people under the sun, some people care for XYZ, some don't. There's truly something for everyone. That's just how it goes. I mean, I've never in my actual life known anyone that uses the whole "Latinx" thing, lol. All the Hispanic families and people I've known think it's ridiculous. The way I look at it, hey, if you wanna use it, fine. But others should have the option not to. I think it wouldn't hurt to apply that to all forms of media. Everyone is different, so, make something for everyone.

It's the rot of activism that's somehow managed to work its way into the system. They are awful, narcissistic, terrible horrible people... Theyre self centered egotistical maniacs that basically hijacked the left to where they're to naive to realize it. So it's the activism rot that burrowed in and said this is what is needed and the left took the bait hook line and sinker.

Whats also sad is the lgb got hijacked by the mentally ill because think about it, lgb is just who you love so whatever... The T got added and that's a mental illness, that became a social contagion but the T ruined that group Imo but it all comes back to activists, they're all pretty horrible narcissistic people and that's where to me it all derived from.

I can't believe some are still both sidesing this. Have you seen how these people operate? Has there ever been a time that they were given an inch but didn't take a mile? Do you think if we let them have the pronouns they would stop there and that would be the end of it? We will get everything that we allow, forever, so it is best to try to slow this down at every opportunity.

The art direction is very confusing to me in this game. I played POE it was my first CRPG in a very very long time and I loved it. The world was dark and gloomy. I do not remember all these bright colors and shit that's in Avowed but maybe I just remember it wrong. It's not going to ruin the game for me but I just don't get why you would say it's in the same world as POE and then completely change the colors like this.

One side wants dev teams to be assembled solely based on talent and love for the genre.
The other side plays with their own little Marxist style hierarchies of oppression and wants representation of people based on where their immutable characteristics fall on that hierarchy.

There's people on both sides that love games.

Pronouns are on by default. You can turn them off but I suspect those who venture into the settings to do so would be the minority. Not because they want them but because they couldn't give a rats ass to go into settings to turn them off let alone know what "display identifier in player character sheet" means.

They could literally make a $10 mtx to turn off progressive crap, and the devs would cry over seeing how many people pay for it.
