Because it's a meaningless term when budgets vary so wildly, but then can all be plastered as "AAA" with vague reasoning. It's a crap way of categorising a game, and is more of a dick waving contest for some

It will have a persistent universe for multiplayer but it also will have a wing commander like single player.

That's not the whole cast, and Sophie Wu is not white.

Rhona Mitra is half Indian from what I remember, and Sophie Wu is half Chinese (the other half being white in both cases and also sort of dominant in their overall look)...but that's about it.

Cast is rather all-star, but I'm not impressed by a ton of celebrity voice actors. They're normally always quite good, but not that much better than quality voice actors, and they cost a hell of a lot more I'm betting.

They are not only voice actors in this game. They just show video of the mocap sessions. All actors were on set and in funky motion tracking suits/head cameras.

I don't know that they've set pricing for separate modules and I'm not sure that they will be doing that. It might just be a package price for Star Citizen to get everything.

Things were separated out in the Kickstarter rewards though iirc so it may end up being purchasable as a separate thing.
