On the east coast of the US. Pre ordered right when the pro went live. Still hasn’t shipped yet. I have PS plus so it is free express 2 day shipping for me. Not sure if it will get here by release day tomorrow, we shall see

This is on ps direct btw

Q: Do you attach the disc drive to the PS5 Pro straight away before turning it on for the first time, or do you get it set up with your account and games, and then attach the disc drive?

OK, I'm starting to get some where. Just now received an email saying my John Lewis Pro order has been dispatched. And also an additional email confirming my two year warranty. DPD to advise delivery date which is within the next two working days... we're getting there. After all we did land on the moon apparently.

Well mine was stuck at processing for days saying one had been allocated to me.

So I sent them an email and it turns out because I ordered a disk drive which they haven't got they weren't going to send the console out. No where did it state this on their site while ordering, it said delivery delayed on that single item, not the entire order.

Arseholes.

They've taken payment now, so hopefully I'll get mine by Friday, still chance for tomorrow I guess, will see when they send confirmation of shipping.

Funnily enough, DHL sent me a message indicating that it will arrive toorrow, while on PS Direct it says November 12th

I'm up in Maine, still no love here either. Probably hasn't been a pickup from whatever warehouse is distributing to us or something.

US direct is shipping my pro from Ontario Canada lol what. Doesn't say exactly from where though. Also signature required but can pre-sign.

I preordered the PS5 Pro on the day preorders were made available from PS Direct, and my order status has been stuck on Preparing to Ship since Friday but it's somehow supposed to be delivered tomorrow?

Enjoy your Ps5 pro Neogaf community. Please show some picture of your ps5 once you get it, and make your own reviews or impressions on games you will run on ps5 pro. I hope too see how Stellar blade runs on ps5 pro. Next year if I get an extra budget I will get a ps5 pro.

Mine is being delivered tomorrow. Now I need to sell my current PS5; has anyone else sold theirs and if so, how much did you get for it? I have dbrand plates and since I won't be able to use those on the Pro, I might sell it with those on, or do you think better chances with original plate and selling dbrand separately?

I sold an OG disc edition with DBrand retro dark plates, skate stand, and included the 2tb nvme drive and ssd heatsink cover for $450 to someone I know. I could probably have gotten a little more but I didn't feel like dealing with randos. My other with 1tb ssd/heatsink cover and regular plates went for $350.

As mentioned in my post that's because the QN900B and QN900D have eARC and leaving the Switch audio settings on "Automatic" will give you surround sound with having to go into the soundbar directly.

A description of everything would be good. Controllers, covers, games, charging dock etc.

Make sure you check on FedEx site if you registered an account. It will provide better updates than the Merchant's site.

If you have an account with your address on there FedEx can see the destination the order is going at time of shipping and update information on your profile. That happened when I was getting my base PS5. They sent the info to me before the tracker fully generated.

I gotta run some errands tomorrow so I'll make sure I'm near Best Buy around 10am.

Unfortunately I also have a Pro coming in via Direct which I will have to return (or the Best Buy one) as I forgot that I had my girl snap one too just in case and we never cancelled it.

Just got my shipping notice. They're shipping it from about 100 miles away from me, so I guess that's why they waited til the last minute to ship mine. UPS says it'll be here tomorrow.

I went to PS Direct Customer Support and a message popped up about PS5 Pro Pre Orders - "If you pre-ordered a PS5 Pro console direct from PlayStation, your order should ship on November 6, 2024. Tracking information will be available later that afternoon"

I'd still try the method mentioned, but if they're saying that then should be fine.

Confident shipments will confirm shortly, but if not you can likely just go pick one up at Best Buy and then return the PS Direct one if it takes a while to ship.

Since buying a disc drive will take some time i may actually buy stellar blade 🤔
