Which (already existing) VR games would you like to see ported to PC and Consoles?

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Inspired by this thread:

I'm someone who gets VR motion sickness really easily, but unfortunately that means I'm missing out on some supposedly great games that are VR-only. Bonus points if these games could be ported to PC or consoles in 3rd person (as first person stuff can also sometimes trigger this sensitivity).

Half Life Alyx
The granddaddy of all VR games. There is an unofficial "flat screen" mod that I might have to check out at some point:

Assassin's Creed Nexus
Another game I tried and nearly hurled after playing for less than 5 minutes. Game looks fun and apparently the story is connected with others in the franchise, so I'm a bit bummed I'm missing out on this one.

Batman: Arkham Shadow
Another game in a long-running franchise that'd be nice to be able to play if I were physically able to.

What are your picks, GAF? Any games that are VR only that'd you'd like to be able to play on the "flat screen"?

Probably none, as once they lose their VR aspect, they wouldnt be special anymore.
They would all just be mediocre pancake games.

It's strange to me that so many people claim to be prone to vomiting while playing VR. I've demoed it to hundreds of people and never once seen that. I've only had a few situations where someone got slightly dizzy, but on game forums you'd think its nonstop projectile vomiting lol. You can even youtube VR parties with tons of people trying it for the first time and its fine outside of idiots punching their TVs(which is also mind blowing considering the safety measures in place.)

For what it's worth, I usually only find this in old people like me - and it's definitely a small percentage of us admittedly. And while I don't just immediately start projectile vomiting when putting on a VR headset, I always start getting dizzy nearly right away - and if I push through it that's when I start vomiting (after about 5-10 minutes). What's weird is that this will even happen to me on stationary games like Moss, where the field of view is 3D but fixed, and not first person. I also tried Triangle Strategy, where it uses the Quest 3 AR to put the battlefield like on a table - and still felt myself getting queasy feeling. If I play to the point of being sick, I'm down the rest of the day.

I blame my eyes, though they're otherwise fine (I don't need glasses) - I think they've just been trained by years and years and years of "flat screen" gaming. Maybe.

Half Life 1/2, RE4, RE7, GT7, Alien Isolation, NMS, Flight Sim and Astro Bot are mediocre pancake games?

The reality......VR made every single one of those games extraordinarily better.

I can't even play those game outside of VR anymore (outside of Astro)

Also there a bunch of VR exclusive games that would be amazing enough on flat-screen. Half Life Alyx (but again I wouldn't even want to play it outside of VR).

For some games that VR is what they're based around....wouldn’t work, but it's because they are made for VR. Subside, Synapse and Pavlov would be great examples. But that has nothing to do with the quality of the game.

I have a hard time thinking about which games could be just ported to flatscreen without having to be completely rebuilt from the ground up to better suit traditional controls, especially Batman Arkham Shadow, that would need a full remake. That being said...

Moss Book I & II: I was a VR naysayer when I saw the first trailer of the game in Sony's conference, and it was the first game to make me say: "Maaaan, why don't they make it just for PS4 without VR?". And this game could work very well on flatscreen, the motion controls are very simple and could be replaced with the right thumbstick.

Pixel Ripped Series: This on the other hand would be challenging to do without VR, because you're constantly switching between looking at your handheld (or console, in the case of 1995), to do things outside the game within the game.

Edge of Nowhere: Easy peasy. As one of the earliest VR games, this is Imsomniac's "Uncharted" in 3rd person VR.

Did you misunderstand the question of the OP?
None of those games were made for VR!
Those were pancake games that later got a VR mods!

I wish more people could play puzzling places but it would be hard without VR or to least some kind of 6dof controller.

If I understand what you’re saying, it would be the first Astro Bot game to the PSVR2. I know you can play it on a PS5 through backwards compatibility, but it’s hard to get a PSVR1 now and I would like to have it on the new hardware.
