That makes two things I'm going to watch, which isn't bad I suppose.
Gundam AGE 18
A year and a half in 3 eps? I wish this had more time to develop characters as that Zeheart/Asemu friendship/rivalry deserves better. Hopefully that comes about going forward. My biggest complaint so far is the amount of reading in-between thelines episodes needing to be done.

I think...
MJP will have the best script (funny, tongue-in-cheek, hopefully also lots of fun) and the most creative mecha battles (each mech on the team has totally different functions, Orange rocks at CG action, etc).
Valvrave have the best theme songs (omg!!!!), good character dialogue direction (believe in Ko Matsuo!), and the most traditional storyline (Sunrise doing Gundam Redux).
Gargantia will have the best character animation (apparently even Kameda has defected to IG for this project because of the director!), the best art direction (really cool setting, detailed backgrounds, bright colors), and maybe the most "interesting" plot twists (UROBUUUUUUUUUUUCHI!).

not sure if complexity is the problem.. Complexity can be bypassed by CG, sometimes it feel like they don't even try because that's how it was before.

But they already look closed even without a black border. It just looks redundant and sticks out like a sore thumb.
The best hope is Kaze and/or Siren doing a BD release as they're releasing the DVD's in the UK & Aus and that should help alleviate the reverse importation nonsense and/or Sentai's incompetence which really are the only two reasons that could lead to such a shoddy release.

Well, Pop at least got his moment to shine. It would have been funny if the Precures defeated the Hyper Akanbe in fast forward mode but alas, that would reduce amount of time the stock footage would take up.

I know that feeling. Especially with the Figma Kuroyukihime. she is SUPER FRAGILE with all the little butterflies on her dress and parts that dont fit together that well.
I dont have many poseables so they just sit there being cute. Thats all I need them to do.

Are there any trailers for this that actually show the mecha for more than half a second? It feels like they're trying to strategically hide it by showing lots of pewpewpew and explosions but no actual mecha.
Can't trust a mecha anime that doesn't have its own mecha featured prominently in the promotional materials.

Cardfight!! Vanguard 1 ~ 3:I like it. I like how it focuses on unit and the characters seems cool so far. It was funny to see the little girl being ""hooked" to the game too. I really heard the show screaming "hey little girl, buy cards too, they're cool even for girls, I swear!"
