Just hit 12 hours played last night. Haven't gone into Venus in story yet and I'm level 18. Having a lot of fun in PvP just playing Control.

I'm pretty terrible (I'm a 1.0 on a really good day, but, I YOLO the whole game), but, I did have one of those great moments - running at a control point, jetpacking into the air, seeing 3 enemies on the flag, grenade + super for triple kill. That's been my highlight.

If anyone else isn't farming and isn't blitzing through the game, I'm PS4 bigwinnerX if you want to add for a fireteam sometime. NA EST.

I'm in Scotland (2 PM) and there is no sign of him where it was the last time, but still I hear some of you did found him, is tied to the local time I guess?

He moved to the area where the Speaker and Outfitter are.

I just bought some legendary gauntlets. If I'd have known I'd have bought boots. I could've been level 26 by now.

Honestly I would have preferred an exotic Warlock Helmet. I was really holding out for one of those.

Quick question: I am level 15 (don't have a super amount of time to play lately). If I get more time to play, is it worth it to start these farming concepts I see people doing or is that best suited only once you hit level 20 and are trying to increase your light levels with gear.

Wait till you're lv 20.
No point in spending much time improving your gear before that.

Yeah I just wanted to know if that trick to spamming them really works. And Im still confused on the Van marks. I already hit the weekly cap of 100. Does that mean I cant get anymore until Tuesday?

They put me in the same old huge Moon map. Only TDM not Control.

Haha I know what you mean. Luckily I called it by thinking "Would there really be any exotic boots? Would they be like McFly's or something?"

So I went and bought legendary boots and now I'm 26.

Never. I'm not joking. Shaders don't refresh in the shop only emblems. You get other shaders either as a drop in Crucible (which to me have always had orange in them in soome way. Two Gilgamsh, Two Achilles, One Beowulf so far) or from raids. You can also get them in the packs you get from ranking up your cryptarch.

That sucks. I haven't even gotten a shader as a drop yet. I was hoping I could buy a new one today.

When you spawn into the tower, go to the left wing. Once you reach that platform/area, he'll be on the right near the big door.

God, I had to pick between one or the other (picked the armor), and every time i see that rocket launcher i feel I made the wrong decision. Doesn't help that the armor is ugly as fuck

I've been using them to level up my legendary scout rifle, just popped it before turning in 4 bounties and got a good chunk of exp.

Not sure how much it helps but it's only 1 coin for 5 of them, totally worth it.

The PvP in this game might be the best I've played since Halo 3. The mobility I have as a warlock with the upgraded glide really opens up the maps and the little boost you get from it is simply amazing for getting out of trouble and pulling back when you've got someone charging at you. Countless are the times I manage to get out of a shotgunner's range because of it and take him down with my trusted Shingen.

Once Bungie fixes the map rotation (same 2-3 maps over and over) and tweaks shotguns/melee slightly it's going to fantastic.

It's been like that for me since last weekend, so many disconnects when playing PvE or PvP. Yesterday when I was doing the Exotic Shotgun bounty, where I had to go through 5 strikes without dying, I was disconnected 4 times, always when fighting the final boss, so I pretty much had to do 9 strikes because of Bungie's shitty servers.
