I apologize PC brothers: Pc games is much cheaper than consoles in the long run.

Thinks buying more servers can fix a bad patch
I'll never understand why this is the case with consoles. Imagine spending hundreds on an upgrade and having to be subjected to the dev's patching the game or not.

Hell I'm still waiting for that Bloodborne pro patch for my ps4. :goog_relieved:

Many current gen AAA games are not going to get a Pro patch at the end of the day too, due to various reasons like cost or the developer moving on to new projects etc

I will probably use the Geforce experience as my front end. (normally you can scan your pc and it will put all installed games,) The other sweet thing is some game it will optimize them for you with a click of a button.

the fuck? don't do that... what?

GeForce Experience, or GeForce App as the new replacement is called, is mainly to update drivers easily or to adjust driver settings.
the "optimised" settings it gives you are usually absolutely shit and nonsensical.

it also doesn't work as a frontend to anything. it lists your games, sure, but often not all of them and also you will still have to launch the respective launcher you got it from anyway.

if anything something like GoG Galaxy 2.0 is a program that can somewhat ok-ish help you keeping track of your collection.

Yes, the new GeForce App is simply an app to update your graphics card driver easily. It's a 4 clicks affair for me. 2 clicks to launch it, 1 click to choose 'Driver' and 1 more to update.

Ah, ok.

Any good 3rd party front ends to keep track of my collection on the computer?

You're too old to enjoy it, unfortunately.
Man, I like you but that was a stupid comment. too old to enjoy PC or console gaming? wtf is that?

I am in my 40s almost with all the responsibilities of a family on my shoulders, a full-time job and I own a place in the capital of Canada, I still enjoy games and probably play more than you do...

I love building PCs more than anything too. i have built 2 PCs this year for my own :/

If you're worried about things like a controller being included in the box and the hassle of having to find a separate one, PCs benefits were invisible to you anyway.

Most people in that boat would just use a console, but a select few will use a console while insisting they avoid PC because it's a bad choice and they're too smart for that.

Heh.
