This adult goes by the name "Trick". EA should be sued by every institutional investor in America for negligent breach of fiduciary duty for hiring something like this. One can only imagine the financial mental health burden hoisted upon society with this firing. This poor guy has probably seen and heard things that we cannot imagine. The fact he was able to work there for 5 days a week for so long does speak to his character though. Not necessarily in a positive way. Unless he's just one of those really friendly guys who's just an absolute door mat. He was probably tasked with fixing the spelling and grammatical errors that the trans writers produced. My take is that cancel culture even more than DEI is to blame for some the stupidest decisions in recent gaming. The sane minds were too cowardly to speak up even when they knew some really epic bad decisions were being made due to the loud and insane DEIs.

I think due to the truly catastrophic fails in entertainment (movies, TV shows and games), that finally the higher ups are squashing this BS. Otherwise, they also will be seeing the unemployment line.

Dont forget all the big corporations publcly chopping DEI. Even if they sneakily rebrand it or partially keep doing it at head office, that's ok. Just announcing it publicly is a slap in the face of DEI.

That game was squandered by this one single scene from the early trailers.

They also had the forbidden Baby company in their IMDB associate list, but later removed it.
Beyond that, I've heard it wasn't as bad as some later feminist trailer suggest. Perhaps they course corrected.
I'm waiting for a cheaper PC release to see for my self.

Yeah I dunno. I think the vast majority normal people dress/act/present themselves in a way that clearly advertises their gender and they don’t want to have to explicitly tell others what gender they are. And they don’t want others to treat them like their gender is some complete mystery until they are told otherwise.

If you have some specific way that you want people to address you then fine. But I always thought it was totally nuts to make this like the default way that people are supposed to greet each other.
