Highest November for PS2 was in 2002 at around 1.3M units. Keep in mind BF was not as big back then. That is crazy.
I have to be honest, I thought PS4 sales would start winding down by now. Seems both consoles are doing pretty decent all around.

200k or so I think. What's the gap at between the PS4 and Xbox One in North America, if the PS4 sold 1.5 million and the XBO sold 1.25 million in November?
Oh, thanks for info, I'll delete that.
Xbox One is over 1.23m.
So long as UC4 increases in sales in the first month over UC3, it should out do Halo 5's launch month. Halo 5 didn't exactly pull crazy, unbeatable numbers.
Bless his heartNever forget.
I know this has been beaten to death at this point but I'll never understand what Square Enix was trying to accomplish by making Rise of the Tomb Raider exclusive. Seems like they had everything to lose and very little to gain. If they were "disappointed" by the first Tomb Raiders sales I wonder how they feel about this one.
People can buy it this month if they want to.Wow at TB selling only 200k... but then again it went against COD, Battlefront and Fallout 4.... if the guys at Square Enix launched the game this month probably would have sold better.
Thanks!I guess it is that one?
"Last month was our best November ever in the U.S. for Xbox One, setting new records for console sales, game sales and Xbox Live engagement. The most critically-acclaimed holiday lineup of exclusives in Xbox history helped drive 44 percent growth in Xbox Live hours over last November, and 72 percent growth in U.S. first-party retail game sales comparing sales from August through November in 2015 to the same period last year."
<200k
That's the ballpark.
Says the one who made SF5 PS console exclusive.
Actually yes they were. Just like how Sly Jak and ratchet were popular but SMS on the third place Gamcube took dumps all over most of their installments. It wasn't even the best selling game on the system.
As a quick question, would 3 game at ~2 million or up be unusually high for November as well?
I get the sense we're going even further into the land of very few winners sucking up all the oxygen in the room.
I think Guitar Hero is probably a nice gift option for the holidays, especially for more general or younger audiences where you might not want to buy them Call of Duty.
Oh no! What is Santa doing!? ;p
I'm talking LTD not launch.
Says the one who made SF5 PS console exclusive.
poor Tomb Raider. Well, can't wait until it hits PS4. I'll be there Day One
We got any hints about those two shifty wii u games in November?
Almost guaranteed too. The rule of thumb is that whoever wins Nov goes on to win December.if Xbox lose December some heads are going to roll.
Oh OK makes senseUsually need to wait 1-2K posts for numbers of those caliber to come.
I'm curious how Wii U did.
PS4 is over 1.5m
What?
Well, at least they aren't trying to make SF5 uncharted.Says the one who made SF5 PS console exclusive.
Looks like I won this bet. I'll be going on a flight momentarily and won't be able to make an avatar. Can anyone make a Trump one?
Closer to 200k actually.
lose the <, replace with =

Both platforms?
What sort of Trump avatar?
Ok. Let me try this again.
All we know is that the Xbox One is up YOY. They did 1.23m last year.
PS4 is over 1.5m
Install abse has nothing to do with software sales it's common sense, actually think about it for a second, how many FPS games that were best selling ont he PS2 beat Halo 1 or 2?
How many of the POPULAR PS2 platforms beat SMS in sales on the Gamecube which was third?
I hope that now MS will start to release more exclusives in off-season, too. First half of 2015 were really barren.
Ubisoft continues to take advantage of the 100 million Wii's out in the wild.
It makes me feel like Nintendo should've continued to do the same for a little longer... maybe not a long term strategy but it could've helped them in the short run it seems.
