Cool video. 1 thing I noticed was that you were extracting all the cores. In the Joe Staten gameplay thing he mentioned that it's a balance between extracting and destroying for parts

Ugh so annoying. Having a high PC its annoying to pay MORE for the PC version that I could get the X1 version (either best buy GCU or amazon prime give me 20% off), and the X1 physical copy lets me trade or sell if I dont like it.
I have $60 credit with Steam too from refunding NMS after playing it 10
minutes lol

What is the framerate you are seeing on Xbox 1? Is it 60 fps?
Normally I would always play the game on PC, but its cheaper on X1 physical media and I can trade/sell if I dont like it. (20% off GCU or amazon prime)

Hmmm, that's probably why I'm short on parts, thanks for the heads up. Going to be putting up a third video tonight, but like I said, if you like what you seen already, just play it. Game is really just fun to play, last game that kind of came out of nowhere and impressed me like this was probably the original Darksiders.

Gut feeling is this won't review well overall, from late review copies to the lack of marketing I don't have a good feeling about it.
I would love to be wrong, I like the concept of , it , the characters and the art style, since my initial enthusiasm about it with the games first reveal, what I have seen since then has disappointed me.

I think it will do OK, seems like a fun game with a bit of jank that some reviewers will tolerate given the lower price point.
I just have a big checklist of what I want to see in the reviews and what will put me off, that's about it, aggregate numbers probably won't have a big effect on me unless the Metascore goes into the unforgivable hellish red-zone
I actually think that most of the gripes will be on the technical side, frame rate jitters pop in loading times and not so much the gameplay
Hey if there is any technical hiccups at least it can be fixed
Bad story and bad gameplay, not so much, hoping those are spot on
From what I've seen the gameplay is fun and the story is engaging. That's all I need. The graphics aren't AAA but they are good enough (AA). I hope it sells well because so far, it looks like a game I like to play. It's not realistic and that is totally ok with me. My biggest complaint is the healthbar UI for me. It's the only thing that really I'm like "meh" but it's fine, I won't care after a while (I actually don't care now but still). I do love the BLOOM! lololol

I don't make the rules. quantum break is at 78 and you'd think it was the worse game this gen by how some people talk about it

I'm about 5 hours in.
Looking at a 7.5 so far.
Game has a lot to like about it. Brings back some old school platforming style that's been missing. Some heavy Ratchet & clank elements, minus the cool guns.
Big problems, though: super janky, many low quality textures, framerate issues, incredibly long loading times (like, 30 second screens, at times).
Mixed feelings, but there's definitely some things to like.

This is probably my last video until the game launches, I show fof how different you can customize your corebots, fast traveling and some of the larger map, and the coolest thing I've seen so far the Challenge Dungeons. Actual decent platforming!

The platforming looks annoying to me, its not optional right? I'm talking about the ones where the platforms are tiny and if you miss you die I guess and teleport back to start.
The RPG elements OTOH look far more extensive than I expected seeing the robot change so much in both stats and appearance.

When I switch back and forth it still only says "Play" and not Preorder like it did before I bought it.

It's hard to say. Like who's to say how a reviewer is going to respond to long load times. Ik gonna say mid to high 70's
I'm guessing 76-78 area. Definitely curious to see the reviews. It looks like a fun game, but lacking in polish and rough around the edges still.
