Probably going to be third party and indie fluff with a "one more thing" in the shape of the HZD remaster that's going to be nowhere near as technically impressive as it should be.

Dude ...that has been Sony and PS5 all generation long! All the "remasters" they've released have barely been improved, aside framerate and Dualsense support, and Last of Us 1 Remake was only brought to LoU2 level of fidelity. The upcoming Until Dawn remake doesn't look all that amazing either. Last of Us 1 remake, I and everyone else when they heard about it thought it would be the best looking game of all time ...it looks great but was well below expectations. Then there's games like GoW Ragnarok and Spiderman 2 which look nice but not what I would've expected from Sony on the PS5 ...

I'm so excited for RE:9, played the Evil Within for the first time this year and it made me hungry for more Survival Horror Games, looking forward to play Silent Hill 2 next month

It would be weird if there wasn't anything. I'd expect something, even if brief. But who knows with Sony these days. I'm pre ordering regardless though.

Right? It's wild how we're 2 days from pre-orders and we still have good reason to doubt that Sony will spend any time showing Pro games or explaining why this console is going to be worth its price. Sony is just that strange in its decision making these days that anything is possible.

"Arrogant Sony" is back ..they should be hustling to show off this thing after the disappointment everyone felt after Cerny's presentation and of course the sticker shock...

Slight correction but the one stripping will be Mr. Hulst. His stage name is Cinnamon.

Looking at the calendar, the 3rd of December is also a Tuesday and then the game awards are the following week, so I can see the logic in holding back their stuff for the sake of 2ish months.

Doesn't need to be brought up in every thread like a bunch of PTSD autists.
Sure I'll give you that but context is important, the person that brought it up did so because a user said Sony has not had a bad time lately to which Concord bombing seems like a fitting reply.

So we gonna get remastered games of Zero Dawn and Days Gone with a $10 upgrade fee similar to GoT and Part 2? Or these actually remakes? I could see just them being remasters so playstation can get their ps5 ports of those games.

GOT wasn't a $10 upgrade though as they force bundled the DLC. $29.99. While I'm not interested in either remaster, I'm really curious how the pricing is going to be handled and how that extends to Steam.

Yeah, Ghost of Tsushima was weird. You had to upgrade your base PS4 version to Director's Cut PS4, and then doing the usual $10 PS5 upgrade like other cross gen games.

The overall inconsistency from Sony's upgrade paths was a little frustrating. And I'm not in the camp that demands them be free as I'm willing to pay something if effort is being put in to the native PS5 versions. My limit is probably $10 though.

Oh yeah those fucks. I only did the part 2 upgrade probably for that exact reason.

I would bet my left testicle that they are remasters, not remakes. New accessibility features, haptics triggers, upgraded graphics, likely Pro Enhanced. But the core game will be identical.
